The Germans should've stood up for themselves and said no. But then again, what government will refuse to have more control over it's population? It's up to the citizens themselves to say no.

You can delete those reviews by sending a friendly email to the administrator. So, you're smart enough to have noticed those same exact bogus comments on other teacher's profiles but you're assuming that the students are too dumb to notice that to.
So do many news organisations in the UK, except for BBC of course. Are you saying that one public funded news organisation is bad? I'd agree if they all where but they're not.

I don't see a problem here, who wants to stick with an old technology anyways? Does Microsoft have to support MS DOS 2.0 to? They'll be ruined if they offered a date-unlimited support for every old product that they once had.
Why would I buy it for? I don't think it's worth buying an expensive MP3 player in order to listen to crappy songs. One way or another, I refuse to encourage the RIAA.

It's a little expensive for $400, not to mention that it's got only a 120GB HardDisk. How about those who have more data to backup?
