Agreed, I've been saying it for years now. Why exactly would I work for free and give away my time to corporations who are here to make a profit? I'm expected to pay for everything, why shouldn't everyone else?
Deserves what? 3 years in prison? I'm all for punishing him with a big fine but prison? After 3 years in jail, he'll actually become a criminal once he's out.
Yeah I know it's the US administration who's been pushing for this. In Canada we keep hearing about there constant whining concerning this issue. The Germans should've stood up for themselves and said no. But then again, what government will refuse to have more control over it's population? It's up to the citizens themselves to say no.
I've been warning about this whole biometrics thing for a few years now and nobody believed me.
Yeah, Slashdot has got the money not to mention the huge publicity if anything like that was attempted and you can be sure that the huge members base will be helping out with money very quickly.
You can delete those reviews by sending a friendly email to the administrator. So, you're smart enough to have noticed those same exact bogus comments on other teacher's profiles but you're assuming that the students are too dumb to notice that to.
So do many news organisations in the UK, except for BBC of course. Are you saying that one public funded news organisation is bad? I'd agree if they all where but they're not.
From Yahoo news "The judge's ruling said the law, as written, does not differentiate between impermissible advice on violence and encouraging the use of peaceful, nonviolent means to achieve goals."
I don't see a problem here, who wants to stick with an old technology anyways? Does Microsoft have to support MS DOS 2.0 to? They'll be ruined if they offered a date-unlimited support for every old product that they once had.
Why would I buy it for? I don't think it's worth buying an expensive MP3 player in order to listen to crappy songs. One way or another, I refuse to encourage the RIAA.
Perhaps this'll make me into a better liar. :)
I thrive to improve such a talent

They should've fined him for a million dollars instead of throwing him in jail, no doubt.

I don't think they had time yet to put any internet law. It's not as if that's the priority.

Overall they're worst, I can tell you that much.

Sure it's cool and everything but I'm not gonna use something that only works half the time.

It's a little expensive for $400, not to mention that it's got only a 120GB HardDisk. How about those who have more data to backup?
Oh what a shock, as if we didn't know it was coming :)
I don't see anyone suing Hollywood because of something that a mafioso says in a movie.
:)
Look out for some Nazi group who'll come begging for his part of the pie
quiet confusing if you ask me :)
No need for Viagra as long as you have a futile job :)
