    Most of the backwardness you see is a result of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (aka the Mormon Church).

    They are a strict church and have a very strong presence in Utah. However I think it is a bit of a stretch to say they are resposible "for a lot of the decay in the United States."

    It may stop a few people from doing drugs, but most will do it anyway. It won't stop drug abuse. They should spend the time they would be enforcing pointless laws like that thinking up better ways to fix real problems (murder, etc), not trying to stop people from getting high.

    Allow me to explain. They had started development a long while ago on E17 which they had put in CVS (this is what you are thinking of). Since then raster has decided to start over. They have been concentrating on the EFL(Enlightenment Foundation Libraries) since then. Today's "release" exciting beause this is our first look at the real E17

    So much so that bogofilter actually comes with bogotune to analyze the corpuses to suggest optimal parameters.

    Correct me if i'm wrong but I think bogotune has nothing to do with success/error rates. It deals with the berkely db backend for speed.

    I'd like to add another problem with testing. How do you know if the processor is giving the correct answer??? Work it out by hand??? Test it on another processor that may or may not have the same design flaws??
