  1. /rollseyes on What Would You Do With Open.org? · · Score: 1

Please don't make it some kind of social networking site for everything "open source".

  2. Management Woes on Music Execs Stressed Over Free Streaming · · Score: 2

This sure sounds like management at my job trying to solve a problem.

A must be causing this! Oh not A? Must be C then! Damnit if it's not C then it's gotta be B causing all our problems!

    Like gasping for air underwater...

  3. Re:BBC Copy on Does Syfy Really Love Sci-Fi? · · Score: 1

I think you pointed out how American TV sucks and so does our censoring policies of no man ass. Cause frankly George's from Being Human is very nice (unblurred).

  4. Deutschland fur Immer on Tiny Transistors Could Be Used To Track Cash · · Score: 1

Ah I love German scientists 3 Always coming up with great things!

  5. BBC Copy on Does Syfy Really Love Sci-Fi? · · Score: 1

I think they like stealing good SciFi from BBC. At least Merlin was the actual thing, but Being Human is just disgusting in comparison to the BBC original.

I do enjoy their B movies that they produce on the weekend, they're horrible and poorly written which makes for a good laugh.

  6. Open Baby! on Feds Help You Find Your Fastest Internet Service · · Score: 2

Nice to see them using OpenStreetMap!

  7. Horribads on PayPal Freezes Support Account For Bradley Manning · · Score: 1

I closed my PayPal account after they stopped taking WikiLeaks donations.

They're free to choose whatever business practices they wish. Just not with me supporting them.

  8. Fireball! on Mac OS X 10.7 'Lion' Developer Preview Available · · Score: 2

Soon my Macbook Air is going to start casting spells and wanting to play D&D with me with all the "magic" it's going to allegedly have. New Prestige class?

  9. Uh on New Internal Cavity X-ray Technology for Airports · · Score: 5, Funny

If the TSA employed more attractive people they wouldn't have to send us away to hospitals for body cavity reports.

  10. Re:MBA on MacBook Pro Specs Leaked, iPad Event March 2 · · Score: 0

I spent 34k on a Sandstone Drake and that's just for looks; this isn't really much different. Sometimes I pay extra for looks.

  11. Nice Excuse on Employer Facebook Password Requests Suspended · · Score: 0

It's a "newly emerging area in the law" so clearly we shouldn't use good judgement, proceed cautiously, consider ramifications or think.

  12. MBA on MacBook Pro Specs Leaked, iPad Event March 2 · · Score: 0

Phew I just ordered a Macbook Air I got scared they were just going to upgrade it within a few weeks. At least it'll be a few months now!

  13. Kill It on High Severity BIND Vulnerability Advisory Issued · · Score: 0

The government doesn't need an "internet kill switch" when they can just exploit things like this.

I'm giving them way too much credit...

  14. 10.10 on Ubuntu: Where Did the Love Go? · · Score: 0

I thought they did a very nice job with 10.10 as well as their entire re-branding and re-design of their website.

There's really no way I can see Ubuntu as "evil" as their usability certainly increased from 10.04 to 10.10, but I guess I need to be a blogger to make sweeping generalizations to bring viewers in.

  15. Can't Stop Stupid on Anonymous Goes After GodHatesFags.com · · Score: 0

As much as I love Anon for going after these idiots, I fear that they'll just feed off this and call it a gay agenda =/

  16. Machete on How Watchmen Killed 'R'-rated Fantasy Movies · · Score: 0

I really loved Machete it was R lots of violence not a ton of hardcore sex which is ok but still an awesome movie.

    I'm sick of Shrek/Twilight-esque in 3D bs.

  17. Pullout? on Science Programs Hit Hard By Proposed Budget · · Score: 1

Weren't we supposed to be pulling out of this "war" by now? I thought that would help a lot with our overzealous spending.

  18. Drugs on Sony Gets Geohot's Hardware, But Not YouTube/Twitter User Info · · Score: 0

These guys must be passing around some amazing drugs...first the MPAA thinks they're going to take Google offline and now Sony wants personal information of commenters on youtube videos.

I hope there's no violent protestors who decide to throw their PS3s back at Sony's building. (Actually I do)

  19. Four Lettered Words on Ballmer Turns To Geeks For Salvation · · Score: 0

They should have made it the "Kinn" so then it'd be a four lettered word we were never allowed to say (or think about).

Those commercials still make me shudder...

  20. Scareware on The Notable Decline of Identity Fraud · · Score: 0

Is this inversely proportional to the amount of scareware we've been seeing in recent years?

  21. Re:I don't care anymore on Wikileaks' Assange Begins Extradition Battle · · Score: 0

I think you might want to re-watch the actual footage from the helicopter that killed the two Reutgers reporters.

No one had guns, there was only a camera which was "mistaken" for a weapon.

I'm rather surprised at your nonchalance to outright murder of innocent non-combatants which leads me to believe you never actually educated yourself into what actually occurred for most of your examples.

  22. Re:owned? on HBGary Federal Hacked By Anonymous · · Score: 0

The DDoS attacks are really negligible, I have to assume why these companies really want the Anon fire put out is because these "script kiddies" keep making these companies look like morons.

  23. Please Take My Money on Prison Cell Phone Smuggling Out of Control · · Score: 0

So now not only are we having our tax dollars wasted on a "war on drugs" we're also going to start a new "war on cellphones (in prison)".

Yes I'm sure just a cursory glance at newly-granted patents is more than sufficient!

This doesn't seem nearly radical enough =(
