it's imprecise movement I want to avoid. the controller scheme you mention sounds painfully uncomfortable. Yes, waving around a waggle rod is uncomfortable too, but it's an improvement over Kinect's full body bullshit.
Yes. I've been playing since '99. Okay, so the guitar has two less buttons, but who cares about that? Konami's been using USB MIDI drums since the PS2 Guitar Freaks/Drum Mania games way back when with the DTX Express, years before Guitar Hero even came out.
Usually I bitch about RockBand and Guitar Hero being largely soulless, heartless games. Has nothing to do with "fake" instruments or whatever. Guitar Freaks/Drum Mania are art, in the sense that the development team is communicating to me what these genres of music mean to them. That's art. Rock Band and Guitar Hero are just product by comparison.
however, with keyboards, if they license Cutting Crew's Just Died In Your Arms Tonight, I'll buy.
You sound like my HMO.
Oh yeah, the 7800 was a LOUSY console too.
It has nothing to do with programming difficulty, it has to do with the fact that the hardware was dated when it launched.
the 2600 adapter was a 2600 System in a tiny ass Box to 5200 adapter.
Plus they really can't fit the EE+GS chip onto the PS3 mobo. there's no space for it.
metal spatula did, now that I think about it. I just remember plastic tools being used to open the old Mini case.

Buttons?
It's seriously why I think move's better. most games don't have you unarmed flailing around wildly. You're often equipped with something.
I'm kind of hoping for Move support in Portal 2. That will really be the killer Proof of Concept for Move as a game controller over Natal.
I find it highly ironic that the MGS game that the 3DS will have features a main character with no depth perception.
(Taking a revolver shot to the eye does that).
Oh come on, using a rubber ice scraper to get the old mini open was awesome.
It's not, and I wouldn't want to stack consoles that get this obscenely hot either. not with out proper shelving at any rate.
My next gen console works both horizontal and vertical and uses disc media from this century.
IDEFK what you're talking about.
What about an old west style dueling game? Ten paces, turn FIRE!
I think Idle's supposed to be broken. That's kind of the joke.

C'mon Sega, bring VOOT or VO4 to PS3. You know you want to!
and judging by the fact that you're posting AC, you're probably just a troll.
MobileMe doesn't actually cause me to move around either!
When you use it to track the son of a bitch who stole your phone...

No, Apple has carefully banned any 3rd party advertisers who happen to own their own Mobile OS.
Other 3rd party advertisers will be unaffected.
James Randi, Stephen Hawking and Oprah personally discovered pixies, gnomes and elves, proving that yes, Magic is real.
I guess the iPad's marketing is going to remain the same.
true facts, if you browse at +3 or 4, you can really trim the fat out.
Deepwater Horizon's estimated to have spilled over 100,000 gallons.
Ixtoc spilled ~70,000+.
I had a Ford Taurus that was so abused it did get roughly ~12 MPG.
I wouldn't trust it to do work.
Replacing it with anything else would've been an upgrade.
to see if you can control a rocket with the WASD keys?
This gives "Rocket Jumping" a whole new meaning.
Every app will crash under the right circumstances.
The question is, will that set of circumstances be, "Application opened?"
