I also think it sucks less than MSIE but now, Sage cannot reload my RSS feeds and this very page (Slashdot) appears totally corrupted so I guess I'd somehow like Firefox to "emulate" MSIE when it comes to viewing some "incompatible" sites (yes, Slashdot, if it weren't for the contetns, I would not be there now).
IIRC, Konqueror could pretend to be another browser but had it been able to reproduce the way another website render a site, it'd be the most used.

People are allowed to patent anything provided they don't use these against others ;)

OK, I was joking, here's the status:

In accordance with art. 1 PatG patents for new, commercially applicable inventions are given (art. 1 exp. PatG) [ sic ]. Which can be derived however in obvious way from the respective state of the art, is not patentable (art. 1 exp. 2 PatG).

Furthermore it is presupposed that the invention solves a technical problem [... ]

The demarcations are indistinct and disputed in detail, do not need here however not more near to be examined. For the purposes of the available appraisal it is sufficient to assume the patent protection for computer programs can be given after Swiss right under certain conditions. In particular at embedded software, which is in technical devices, it is to be counted on the fact that this can be protected (by patent laws) as a component of an invention.

I don't see such an announcement, at least not dated from today.
Here's the only announcement which contains the word "nuclear" :
The U.S. has talked much about the "six-way talks" over the "nuclear issue," asserting that "it has no intention to invade the north", but it is aimed to cover up its aggressive nature, he noted, warning that one should not be taken in by such trick of the U.S.
The anti-Americanism of the south Korean people has gained momentum in the wake of the June 15 joint declaration, he said. He expressed the conviction that the mindset of the south Korean people following leader Kim Jong Il and supporting his Songun policy will grow stronger as the days go by and national reunification will come true thanks to this policy.
