    what is interesting to me is that the repair typically is more profitable business than the profit margin on a typical product. however the manufacturer can't control the entirety of the profit as some choose to self repair or don;t go back to manufacturer for repair.
    also it really has a lot to do with showing growth in the market rather than profit.

    I guess the poster should have said that great design would not require much maintenance and what ever maintenance is required should be accessible.

    assuming most NSA employees with the right skills would have security clearances, and their job and travel is probably tracked... who knows who is really in charge.

    saudi's are not technically == UAE
    but who knows for sure which is in charge.

    maybe the world richest man can then decide to do something so that things like that don;t happen by investing in a secure communication device.

    which again goes to question the logic behind an automated system based on sensors that could be faulty forcing correction while on manual flight control... but i am sure i don't understand as I am not an industry insider.

  18. what i have a difficult time with is the fact that the western corps bend over backward for Chinese rules (google search firewall, apple data retention, BB security compromise) so why is that the US can't ask for review? i guess they are worried some one might ask Cisco to open their products up or check up on ATT locations.
