    Doesn't this therefore render the copier as "unfit for purpose" and you can get a refund? The whole point of copiers is to make copies. The average user doesn't care how it does it, only that it does what the sales blurb says it does.

    In any case, who would buy a copier knowing it doesn't actually copy? You wouldn't buy a phone that can't make calls until it gets a software update.

    By "nothing" I mean that in the last 5 years they haven't even started an analysis of what it would entail to upgrade. The planning of an upgrade can only happen based on that analysis and then you have the actual rollout. I'd say they're at least 7 years behind schedule.

    No there aren't. Extended support began 5 years ago. 5 years is long enough for even monolithic dinosaurs like government and hospitals to get their shit together to prepare for the inevitable. Except they did nothing and still expect everything. Bollocks to the lot of them.

    Oddly, the only time I have seen "protect and serve" on a US police car is in Terminator 2. All others have had "protect and secure". Then again, I'm in UK so the only ones I've seen have been in movies and TV shows.

    No one in UK apart from a stupid judge and a bunch of opportunistic lawyers confuses Sky from BSkyB with SkyDrive from Microsoft. Perhaps it should change to easyDrive as no one would confuse a cloud service with a car hire company either.

    Black cabbies have to have The Knowledge which takes a not inconsiderable amount of time ( == money, right?) to master. They also have to take refresher courses. You don't get an encyclopaedic knowledge of London without forking out a great deal of cash.
