Photoshop? What is this - some kind of capitalism?
Why can't we use those communist software things you get for free? They can do the same work, right?
What? GIM... what?
More than how the OS works, I think a more important question is the availability of apps for the platform.
There are many people whose worlds lie outside apps provided for Flixster, Facebook and Twitter. Are there any apps any webOS users found no substitute for, when they shifted from Android? Or other way round?
Note: I bumped across this on doing a simple Google search: http://www.hpwebos.com/us/products/software/mobile-applications.html
A lot like a market/app store for webOS.
You could think like that.
If there was no such thing as `inflation'. The drop in price is far more than $31k in today's terms. Imagine what you could buy in 31k in those days (I wouldn't know. I deal in fucking rupees).
Capitalizing and bracketing won't help. If there was any credible proof that that actually happened, you would have cited the resources with links.
Now go and do some clickety-click on your Mac. NOW.
FriendFeed wasn't even mentioned in the headline.
Looks like this thing runs Unity (from the images). Doesn't sound fun to me.
Would rather install something minimalist and try to run it first. If it can run Unity, it can definitely run something more lightweight.
The source, of course, is the documentation, come on!

Is he not excited about being the first post?
Shouldn't the topic be "You're asking whom?"
Any one who has mod points should definitely mod you up.
You must be new here too.
A slashdotter would know where to search for the UIDs and what would 7 digit UIDs would mean.
You either haven't understood the Towers of Hanoi, or this puzzle.
Here's a link for you to read what Towers of Hanoi exactly are. https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Tower_of_Hanoi
Towers of Hanoi aims at moving a set of discs in the same order from one peg to another, and this one's just talking about sorting.
And what did you expect on a site that has the tagline "News for nerds, stuff that matters"?
returns value "false"

Microsuck.

Which is why you have WTFPL and other licenses, that really don't mean anything more than "Take this. And please just don't bother me".
Haha. That was just an opinion though.
You're Ok with Windows being on the map but not BSDs and Haiku and other UNIXs?
Real hackers directly look at the code and parse HTML with their eyes.
Vista.
Maybe 100M _is_ the "made up higher number".
I *am* from Ceylon (Sri Lanka) and yes, Ceylon is to tea what Java is to coffee. Both are islands. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tea_production_in_Sri_Lanka
Competing Indian tea with Lankan tea. OMG. What a waste of time.
