    It was your duty as a citizen to judge the law, and IGNORE the instructions from the judge if the law was at fault.

    The Judge can tell you different all he wants, but he is LYING if he tells you that you MUST follow his instructions.. If that were the case, why would we have jurors at all? Might as well just give Judge Dredd a big gun and be the executioner as well.

    The planet is greener now than it used to be because of Man's activities. (not in a "green agenda sense" but in a color of the landmasses when viewed from above because of the amount of plant matter)

We choose to not go to the moon in this decade nor to do the other things, because this is easy, but because this is not hard, because this goal will serve to disorganize and mess up the best of our energies and skills, because this challenge is one that we are not willing to accept, one we are willing to postpone, and one which we intend to lose, and the others, too.

    For every dollar spent in NASA we get back seven in the economy from the advanced technologies based on things NASA had to invent.

    Security through obscurity is not security.. They should have written secure software in the first place.

    Or are you saying in a different but similar vein that someone like Microsoft has no imperative to make secure code and it isn't their job to fix vulnerabilities in their code either?

    My parents live in Africa and get better cell coverage than I do here in the USA. They can drive from northern Zambia to the tip of South Africa and never lose signal.

    So Why not just use the existing Cell Towers to provide broadband?

    Rights are not granted by the constitution nor the amendments, rights are acknowledged by them, but no law, or lack there of can take them away.

    In fact in the Declaration of Independence the founding fathers addressed this. "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, ..."

    So as our Government becomes more and more destructive of our rights (it is there to PROTECT those rights, NOT to grant them) our right to alter or abolish it becomes stronger.

    Umm Ford had to sell Jaguar, and Land Rover to TATA (Indian company) this year. Subaru is owned by Fuji Heavy Industries.

    Volvo and Saab are still owned by Ford and GM, but that's it of the ones you listed, and I wouldn't be surprised to hear of them having to spin these successful companies off eventually.

    And Germany having more Union etc was his whole point, by opening a plan in the USA where it is less regulated, and they can hire non Union workers is a good thing for BMW, in fact BMW now ships cars from the USA non union shops to sell them in Germany.

    Union = thief, worker = employee. Union is not = worker.

    The gate size has no real impact on the speed of the CPU.. it may affect the possible speed of it, but no direct impact in and of itself.

    A 3ghz 65nm P4 will be just as fast (or slow) as a 3ghz 90nm P4 (yes both exsist).

    And the new Intel chips are actually running lower speeds (in ghz) than the AMD chips they are beating.

    Once installed, the SOFTWARE will reside on YOUR COMPUTER until removed or deleted.

    Also they mean that it is YOUR COMPUTER that must be removed or deleted, not the SOFTWARE.

    No we don't have a cure for malaria, and we don't have a good preventative either. (though we do have a way to elimiate it.. I will get to that later)

    My parents work and live in Africa, and they can afford the best antimalarial medicines there are, and they still get malria every couple years. When I go there to visit for a month or so whatever the current medicine is likely to keep me safe for that amount of time, but if I were to live there it would not.

    Malria keeps coming back with new varieties, like the common cold, only this one kills. The only way to be sure you will not get malaria is to not get bitten by mosquitoes.

    Now, on to how we could eliminate it once and for all: DDT, you know that evil pesticide that is illegal now. It is what we use in the Americas to clean it out of our part of the world. We could probably even use it to eliminate malaria without the wholesale spraying we used here. It has been shown to be over 90% effective by just spraying it on the inside walls of homes, (would be even more effective if all houses got sprayed, because you can get malria when visiting someone who's house is not sprayed) and because the inside of walls do not get rained on, the DDT stays there and doesn't get into the environment. This kills the mosquitoes as they hang out in the houses and if enough of african homes got sprayed it would save millions of lifes each year. But because greenpeace and similar envirowhakos have a mental block that says DDT=evil and are mentaly retarded such that they can not understand that there can be a good use of it, they prevent any use of it at all and so Africans are dieing by the millions.

    With all the problems MMORPGs have with people using farming bots etc. It seems to me that with the problem revolving around real world money, the answer to stopping it would be real world money. (if you cancel their account, they will just create another one)

    So, how about if you catch someone cheating, instead of canceling their account, charge them ~$50 for violating the rules. (like a traffic ticket if you speed) Then they will not have an incentive to cheat as they will not actually make any money. You can even have a points system for repeat offenders that eventually you will cancel their account if they keep it up to add to the deterant.
