    A few years back I ran a 3 PC - 3 screen lan version of FS98. I had it set up for forward view and 45 degree views left and right. Good speakers and a force-feedback stick completed the rig. Great fun, but the giant stack of hardware really took over my 10 by 10 computer room.

    Electrically powered aircraft would solve the problems associated with toxic and flamable liquid fuels, as well as increasing the 'current' range of commercial flights. They would be limited only by the length of the extention cord. It's so obvious, that it can't even be patented. You're all free to use this idea to make your fortune.

    I never thought that I'd say this but you are correct. UT rocks!!! Unreal mods and mutators are far easier to intall and use than the Q3A equivalent. The bots are "smarter" as well. Though Q3A has an undefinable "solid" feel to it's world, UT is more playable.

    Oh, you're so right. How many innocent Americans must die before the military responds? 10,000? 100,000? 1,000,000? Does someone in your family have to be crushed to death before you decide that self defence is justifiable? Do terrorists have to firebomb your childrens school? While you're on that high moral ground, would you trade places with one of the victims? Would you kill one person to prevent a similar event?

    Defending people against further attacks, on the other hand, is entirely a good idea. But killing innocent Afghanis to defend innocent Americans is no bargain - unless you're sick enough to value lives differently depending on their citizenship.

    It sounds to me that you value the lives of the Afghani more than your family and countrymen. I'm sure that everyone will be glad to hear about that. "Hey, Mom. I prefer that you and all the neighbors die rather than that radical terroist guy. He's done so much for me over the years..." Who's the sick one?

    I never said that we should kill innocent Afghanis. I think that we should kill guilty terrorists. There have already been civilian casualties, I hope that you and your family are not among the next innocent victims.

    It's too bad that the terrorists didn't learn from Japan and Germany's mistakes. How many innocent American civilians must be slaughtered before a military response is used? Retribution is due. If you think otherwise, you may as well have been flying one of the planes.

    For a detention center, the Thief series would be excellent. They already have the basic skills. As far as violence goes, there are no guns and at the most difficult setting, if you kill someone you lose the game. What finer lesson could you want to teach?

    I tried to use the game titles as a subject, but the lameness filter kicked in. Go figure.

    Lucas Arts has a history of harrassing people. There's a guy at www.planetunreal.com/utbuilder/ that makes add-on levels for UnrealTournament that has been threatened with a lawsuit. He does it because he like Star Wars, it's not like he's making any money.

    Maybe you should spend 10 minutes comparing Macs and PCs in real world situations. You'll notice that the Mac consistently outperforms the PC

    Okay, I've done some testing...

    The Mac's round shape prevents it from scratching the door and it's bright color makes it more visible, reducing the chance of a stubbed toe.

    The handle on the top provides a place to tie the rope.

    The air venting is excellent, allowing it to sink quickly.

    It's no loss to cut it away when it's hung up on rocks.
