If they want to prevent certain internet sites (or books in this case) from propogating to their people, that's their own right as a government (hypothetically... no I dont believe in government censorship but they would do it anyway)... but its not my responsibility to make sure that my work is compliant with ALL LAWS EVERYWHERE.
