Typically I'd agree with you, but this statement here...
"Tatro said she was 'looking forward to Monday's embalming therapy"
Is reason enough to be concerned.
I would disagree with that. I think we have all heard a "I would like to shoot them" and a gun enthusiast may even add "and I am going to the range today." Last time I checked, both would kill you. The bullet would be a lot harder to dodge then embalming fluid. I would doubt that someone who is about to commit murder would write about their plot to kill someone on Facebook. It is far more plausible that they wrote as they were about to engage in an activity that would relive some stress, and not harm someone else.
I don't think banning the student is the right thing to do. How about talking to her and find out what is going on first.
I like how the Guild also ignores the fact that the Kindle helps the authors revenue. With my Kindle, I cannot give that book to a friend to read, sell it do a used book store, or donate it to a library. If those people want to read the book I bought, they would need to borrow my Kindle (not going to happen) or obtain there own copy.
The more Kindles there are, with people buying e-books from Amazon, the less paper books will be in circulation for the used book market.
So the "Airplane Mode" must be the Windows Mobile version of "Flight Mode" That is only way to make my PPC-6700 turn "off" as far as wireless services are concerned.
Ahhhh...the Season 3 recap! The first time I saw that on Cartoon Network I thought something was wrong that the credits were coming 5 min early. I could not stop laughing the first time I was watching it...thank god for Tivo.
Casting my mind back to the early 1990s MD didnt take off despite being a really good format because its launch was coincidental with the Philips DCC format and the consumers stayed away in droves because they didnt want to end up with whichever one became the betamax of the 1990s.
Stupid really because DCC was a much poorer idea that should have been still-born and because of that MD missed its moment.

So an honest lawyer...I guess it is true then. 99% of lawyers make the rest of them look bad.
Teese is right. The three judge panel ruled unanimously.
