How can you blame someone for inventing the tool?
Its easy, you just point in their general direction and yell "Thats the guy, get him!". The mob takes over from there.

How can you prevent your tool from being misused?
The best way I have found is to limit your alcohol intake. Stay away from the cheap but potent malt liqours and fortified wines that are loved by the average street drunk. Those not only get you bent quicker, they screw up your brains so you have an increased propensity to have unprotected sex with women who live in trailer parks.

Perhaps we should all head to Redmond with torches in hand proclaiming that Microsoft enabled these terrorists to attack America?
Torches or not, you would get your ass kicked.

    Hope I have been helpful.

You must be running Linux. I heard that it can take several months to get an app like PGP up and running correctly.

On my WinXP box I just clicked the left mouse button two or three times and about 30 seconds later I was encrypting all sorts of shit.

Its funny because the street performers are on the street because they can't get job in the mainstream entertainment world, thus they have to beg passersby for 'donations'. Linux can't hold its own against mainstream enterprise software (read: Microsoft Windows) so the Linux community is forced to beg for handouts. Pretty much the same sort of relationship.

    That statement is pretty deep.
