In the post, http://slashdot.org/comments.pl?sid=23793&cid=2566 678, I mentioned on what does the Internet Privacy Law have in relation with the DCMA. Yet I just found this on a website just a few short minutes ago...
If you are affiliated with any government organization, anti-piracy organization or any other related group you are not permited to proceed to the following webpages or access any of the files on this webserve. (Affiliation includes but is not limited to: Employees and former Employees.) If you continue you are not agreeing to these terms and you are violating code 431.322.12 of the Internet Privacy Act signed by President Bill Clinton, 1995. Meaning you revoke the righ to threaten/prosecute any person(s) affiliated with this website. Thank you.
Would that work under the DCMA?

Then is this the worst they'll do? Now, I know blowing up planes or crashing them into buildings is quite horrific, yet I thought, if this is a terrorist attack, they'd go further? Not that I am striking fear into you guys, but maybe they would have done something like releasing Small Pox (that isn't an unlikely scenerio by the way).

Also, do you think that they missed their target? Crashing into Queens is pretty bad, yet I don't think there was an intention to crash there and I beleive there was an intention to crash somewhere else.

That is, if it is an act of terrorism.

What I am trying to say here is that if Microsoft wants to show the best graphics quality that this console pulls off, they should spend the extra money and use LCD screens instead of CRT Screens as LCD screens usually show better quality in most cases. It is quite obvious that most homes in the United States still use CRT-based televisions, yet in order to sell these consoles you must make sure you can show the best that the console can do. A CRT television limits that.

See something here? Microsoft's XBox demo units use CRT TVs! How is one supposed to see the awesome graphics quality of their product? If you have taken a look at PS2, they used small LCD screens for their PS2 demo units and the quality is QUITE awesome. I kind of got discouraged to even consider buying an XBox after seeing this as Microsoft makes more money per second than Sony does in a month. If anything, they should have used Computer Monitors instead of these not-so-good-looking-quality Televisin screens.

Though, I wouldn't even attempt to go that high in anything unless it had wings and an engine (with the exception of the Space Shuttle ;)).

A fly could do a better job actually. With a fly, it can attach itself to the ceiling, wall, floor, or whatever and you wouldn't notice it. With a cockroach, you can easily see it and want to stomp it.

As long as the radio control works though, if not the then the fly is at risk for being swatted because it will either be in control of it's self, go out of control, or it will drop and be noticed.
