A grill is a decorative dental appliances that wraps around your teeth. They are removable. Its slightly less retarded than replacing all your actual teeth with platinum and diamonds. Don't ask how I know that.
Sure you can. I am not saying they can not do so. But what they do not have the right to do and yet have done, is to go and sue the users of those other, older and different trades and products for infringing on the NFL's trademark when they are not even remotely doing so.
No. Really. Obama wasted a god damn year, trying to appease the republicans to get one republican vote on anything. He failed. The last thing you can accuse him of is being partisan. An unrealistic optimist? sure. A liar? sure, he is a politician after all. A failure? Absolutely.
His greatest failure was in trying to be bi-partisan.
It could be worse. They could be claiming a trademark an a symbol that is thousands of years old and has been iconic and representative of a house of nobles, a city founded under their reign and an entire culture for several hundred years or the symbol of a major social organization or perhaps even an official state symbol... Oh wait, they ARE. Several restaurants in New Orleans have been sued for trademark infringement by the NFL over the use of the Fleur De' Lis, a symbol that some of them have been since before the NFL existed.
Thats right. No one is going to wrestle the gun out of a cops hands, then walk away and shoot him from a distance. I would put good money that most instances of a cop getting shot with his own gun, he is still trying to wrestle it away from the assailant, and most likely has both hands on or near it in order to apply sufficient force.
That arguement does not make sense. The young who provide services to the old will be gainfully employed by the wealth saved earlier in life, effectively increasing the investment in the wealth of the young. The alternative is to not save and provide for the old by high taxes or onerous social obligations, effectively robbing the youth of their wealth. Unless of course you are suggesting the Logans Run method for reducing the burden of the elderly?
Humor doesn't have to be entirely accurate. Though I would note that the LHC ring straddles the Franco-Swiss border, so I am pretty sure I can get by on a technicality.
How would you like it if this hypothetical tablet of yours came standard with a magnet that would let you stick it to your fridge while you cook?
The Always Innovating Touchbook does just that. The problem? They are hand assembled in batches after enough orders are in to cover the cost of materials. So you would be looking at a 3+ month wait to receive one at the moment.
Ha. Unlike CERN, they had the insight to build this thing inside an building that isn't in France. That means it is 99.999% proof against a pidgeon dropping a baguette in it.
Anecdotal evidence suggests that the later children were at the very least less retarded than the previous. Perhaps the accumulated mutagen effects of the radiation were beneficial?
Oldest, born before -> unemployed trucker who is still with a witch of a woman who he had previously divorced for very good reasons.
2nd oldest -> unsuccessful artist and aspiring wal-mart department manager married to a prick who refuses to hold a job and has intentionally isolated her from her family.
2nd youngest -> BS in CS and working successfully, engaged to a cute but crazy woman. Hint, this is me.
youngest -> BS in mechanical engineering/drafting/architecture, living with parents, can't find more than part time work in her field (but then the building economy blew the fuck up), and she is single.
Funny but true. My father was "tech support" for the Airforce in the 70s and 80s at Malmstrom AFB in Montana. He serviced remote nuclear silo's and early warning radar. It was cold enough that there was a chance you would die on the drive out if you had to service some of the equipment at night, and thats if you didn't get stuck in a 30ft snow drift. And yes, he did step in front of the radar to warm himself up.
Printer Ink costs a lot because the DMCA made it a felony for the low cost and refillable ink cartridge makers to engineer compatible cartridges since the big companies started including DRM in them.
In the state of Mississippi it is a felony to harm a Magnolia tree. In fact, if you cut one down, you are likely to receive a stiffer sentence than if you had murdered someone.
Mildly on topic, I seem to recall it was recently deemed invalid evidence in the US to use aerial thermal imaging to catch pot growers.
Wrong word. Programmers are not Mechanics, they are Machinists. Big difference.
A mechanic puts together parts that are designed to fit together. Usually he puts factory parts in, sometimes he might put in a custom part from a 3rd party supplier.
A machinist can do the same thing. Except that if two parts don't fit correctly he has the skills to modify the parts to fit. If a part he needs is unavailable, he can design the part to reasonable tolerances and create the appropriate part with the right tools (lathe, drill press, cnc machine, etc).
The programmer version of a mechanic are the guys putting together websites using standardized CMS software like Drupal or DotNetNuke.
yes, writing and recording is labor and may well be compensated. I am not anti-copyright at all, I just want sane copyrights that expire in 20 years or less and preserve first sale doctrine and fair use.
no. The labels do not pay up front to artists. They give a loan upfront to artists for recording, basic living expenses and marketing. The recording and marketing expenses are paid back to the labels and the artist is responsible for the whole amount. If the artist is really lucky, his share will be able to pay back that loan and provide a minuscule amount of income afterward.
That sounds suspiciously like a lag hack, its a common cheating technique used in the game Tactical Ops.
On topic: I need a ping under 100 to play tac ops at all, and it only gets good at about 30. Its the only way to compete with the hackers in that game using legitimate skill.

My response to that would be a liberal application of a hacksaw.

Someone at the DOD has a sense of humor.

legitimate reason number 1: I like a variety of video games. There is a small selection of them for linux and most of them are odd.
legitimate reason number 2: My job requires software that runs on windows or has other policies requiring windows.
legitimate reason number 3: My hardware doesn't have reasonable driver support under linux.
legitimate reason number 4: ... Ok, I am starting to run out of reasons.
Sure they do. Children get tried as adults all the time if they commit a crime.
no.

-40 in actual temperature. Add the relatively common 40 to 60mph wind and the wind chill can get down to the -70s out in the open.

They gave us a "simple car analogy". Is the tank in your case somehow "base 2"? Practice your reading comprehension before commenting any further.
No. Its obviously in hex, can't you see the "F" and the "E"?
My comprehension is fine, but you may have something clogging your exhaust pipe.

it is... in base 2.
Don't you know? Everything that every goes wrong with young people can be blamed on video games. Can't you think of the children?
