    While I know that Alarmists console themselves with this bit of incomplete fiction, the reconstructions were based on the same bad data with the same munged data sets and the same two or three trees he selected (out of a couple of dozen that showed differently) using nearly the same methods he used.

    It would be rather a miracle if they did not come up with the same finding.

    Nothing whatsoever was proven except that researchers paid by the same University who worked with Mann could manage to duplicate his work given the same (bad) set of data.

    Wanna fix it?

    Get rid of a bunch of regulations, cut taxes on corporations, and make it a positive for a company to hire in the US rather than a burden to do so.

    Works every time it's tried, as long as the economy isn't too badly damaged to recover. I reckon we're right on the raggedy edge myself.

    "I forgot" just isn't much of a reason. It might be truthful, I'm not saying it's not, but good grief people.

    I travel several times a year, always taking my .357 with me. It's in a locked metal box in one bag, and the ammo is in a locked metal box in the other. The boxes don't go anywhere except the luggage, and since I find them immediately when I start packing it's very easy to put the gun in them pretty much at that point too.
