I don't know if flipping is criteria of a bubble. A bubble just means that there is inflated value of something. If the colleges raise the rate at which they charge students to a degree where it doesn't make sense to go to school there, (but they go anyway because of promise of a good job) there will be a massive amount of defaults.
Now these defaults are more or less guaranteed, which eases the problem. I believe the only cause where the default actual is when the student dies. So if the loans ever amount to more then what the student can payback in their lifetime, then there will be an issue.
Unless of course the banks aren't getting the money fast enough...
I wrote a program in college that if the user typed in a character in the prompt it would cause a BEEP. Well first time I tried it I made an infinite loop of BEEP's. Well the UNIX box I was on didn't like that to much.. and I couldn't do anything so I flipped the power switch...
I never took a typing class. I've had a computer since I was eight. I don't type in the best way, but I type fast enough. I'm also a programmer. Unless you are in a job where you really need to type fast I don't think you need to take a typing class. Heck, my company hired a guy who only has one hand.
Most of my typing knowledge I got from Insant Messaging people in college all the time. I think that is one of the best typing teachers out there.
I think firefox is over all better but, I still you opera more. The reason is when I click on a link to bring up a new window opera gives me a new tab, and firefox give me a new window. Is there any way for firefox to make a new tab instead of a new window?
I lost my CD key, honest, and I need a new one. Anyone know where I can get a crack for Real Life? How about any warez sites with Real Life? --- Nathan
One time I was messing around with the connections from the mother board to the case, and I went to plug in the LED lights for the hard drive, and the mother board had a little fire going on where I plugged it in. I guess even though it was off, since I had the computer still turned on it got some juice and lit up a capacitor or something. The mother board worked fine after that just the LED light never lit up again...
When I get home fom a concert I usually try to look for some bootlegs of the concert I just went to. Even if I had to pay like 15 bucks for the cd, right after I leave I'm sure al ot of fans would do that. I just hope the quality it better then the average joe bringing a tape recorder with him, with thousands of people next to him screaming.
New catoons are all nice good, but nothing is better then Aquateens, and Sealab 2021. Those are just plain funny. Come on a cartoon about a Meatball, a Shake, and a box of French Fries who solves mysteries? What is funnier then that?
Kinda reminds me of the theory that drinking beer makes you smarter. You drink and it kills off the weakest of the brain cells. So you keep drinking to kill of some more of the 'weak' ones, util all you have left is the strong ones. Well you might as well keep on drinking to kill off the ones that arn't that strong....
But my question is are they goign to make a prequil to Fellowship of the ring. I think I need some more back story about the ring, and Bilbo...

I would do that but I'm too cheap to buy a fake goatee. On the other hand if you wanted to dress up as your good twin all you would have to do is shave it off.

I think my friend, you have just solved the obesity problem. Well at least among power gamers.
So I use this fancy program that does it for you.

Oh man on my website I have 3 out of the top ten... I'm screwed... Of course I was 17 when I made it, so can I be forgiven?
I must have put a decimal point in the wrong place or something. I always do that. I always mess up some mundane detail.

I personally like StringBuffer myself, but to each his own.

Except Hoover wasn't president during the great depression I don't beleive, but I think he helped bring it along however....
I dunno, have you ever tried to overclock a deck or cards? Those babies can heat up pretty good.

Oh man, are you saying I have to get a better pick up line at a bar then, "Hey baby, I use Red Hat, what's your distro?"

I always thought I was in Gen-X. Being born in 1979 and all. Generation Y? I once heard someone call it the Nintendo generation also :)
