Yes, because capitolism can occur naturally in a system of people if left to their own devices. Communism takes a bit of effort (unless in very very small groups and capitolistic trading almost always still needs to occur between groups) to occur and weither true marxism is even possible is highly debatable as it doesn't take in humans natural tendencies while capitolism does.

Like would be kinda like saying breathing is short-sighted. You can't argue it either way, execpt to say umm uhhh hu what?

Tivo For DirectTV? Yes all the things you've heard are true, because its the same box. Basically you can get from DirectTV a tuner that has TiVo features. I believe you don't even have to pay for the Tivo Schedule Serivce either as it uses the DirectTV schedule feed. Anyways the downside though, I believe it does have some restrictions on recording payperview and some other stuff, but thats pretty understandable as its sold by the same guys.

Actually looks to me as if ebay made a simple mistake then was very confused by this guy and got tired to playing with him. As the guy started out selling a CD and got a notice from ebay saying they were taking it down. Instead of emailing them about it, he decided to relist it in some weird different way (selling the cover art and including the music for free) This would be something a real pirate would do, obviously trying to get off on technicalities. While he should have just sent a email to ebay explaining that he was the copywrite holder. He tried to trick ebay into listing the auction a different way. So Ebay obviously assumed the guy was trying to get around their anti piracy issue. So they shut down the auction. The guy finally emailed ebay, and in responce ebay immediently put the weird auction back up. So what does this guy do, but up some even weirder auctions, charging for shipping of nothing. (As someone could easily launder money through a nothing auction) ebay closed this down too. So this guy if furious as ebay and goes on a rant which gets ignored by ebay for being idiotic and his story get posted on slashdot???

So there is quite a good chance that whoever created this picture did atleast work for MS, and probably a tech.

Well you have to contact the manufacturer everytime you do this, because I'm sure they would be smart enough to make it so the code you enter is specific to the new computer, (you probably have to send the new computers codes in as well) This way yes, it could be duplicated but at a significant time price for each duplication. But some manufacturer is going to get lazy someday and put a form on the web to do this, so you can do it automatically. Yes, but you have to remember legislation or monopolies in the content industry, can easily override the concept of a free market. So sure, if there isn't legislation, someone will create free OS media, you can bet on it. But it won't be comming out of the large media houses. And unless some strange unknown market force takes over, this won't hurt the large media houses any, and the average consumer won't notice the difference. So you joe concerned consumer will have to either be satisfied running MS or not have any access to widespread media.
