The only reason the RFID wasn't pushed with more force is that through cell-phones and other GPS services, we have effectively volunteered to have implanted something far worse than the RFID - embedded not in the flesh, but in the psyche. As for "probable cause", such is now defined better in terms of "penal whimsy".
I have been pondering for years, the protocol for ESP (PSI), and know through research that the function is extremely real. Although the mechanism remains obscure, for any who would spew venom at the subject of ESP, you might do so first in the direction of Daryl Bem (http://dbem.ws/), who works in the parapsychology dept. of Cornell. Then before tearing the eyes out of open-minded victims, go to the CIA's Crest Database, and search "remote viewing". http://www.foia.cia.gov/search_archive_results.asp
We will soon have little choice but to acknowledge a deep and disturbing correlation between such things, and the content of this article.
Typical/. snobbery; this same link was posted way above, and got 3, and yet way below it gets 5. I bet god herself couldn't win a half-point here with neutral karma.
..how they got the information in the first place. It is obviously impossible that they are analyzing IPs in their research. And of course, this study certainly didn't involve the sharing of such information by ISPs, various websites, and trackers. Hmm. "these IP's visited wikipedia to examine reviews of certain products, then were later observed downloading them on bittorrent." By the way, this could a be great way to find worthy cinema as well; just look at Rotten Tomatoes and MetaCritic reviews on wikipedia, then torrent the films of your choice. - Decreases the chances of wasting your time to download bad films.
In lxde, I have trouble arranging launchers on the panel to the extent I can in gnome 2. It is an excellent environment, but I find such limitations disadvantageous. I hope I have simply failed to learn my way around, but so far, gnome 2 is hard to beat - minus NetworkManager, and Unstoppable Tooltip Balloons. I really like to monitor my network and cpu activity from the panel. What I've found available in lxde could really use some improvement, and is not very effective. I also seem unable to move launchers (applets) to specific areas of the panel. Not terrible, but not ideal.
I'll be keeping lxde at the top of my list though. It really is nice.
"wicd" I have not been able to force wicd to get an IP address in gnome for over a year now, and no solution has been found. As far as "perfect" goes - compared to NetworkManager - when wicd actually works, it's about as close to perfect as I'd ever need anything to be. Except of course, it does not work in Ubuntu.
Just what we need at home; more psycho contractors to torment US civilians while enjoying limitless impunity and Elvis music, as they cruise around the interweb looking for anything that has an IP.

Pardon then. Should have RT(entire)FA, so I admit my lowliness. I am thinking wildly on this, and cannot even foresee a laptop running a server through virtual-machine and using tunneled adhoc connections bypassing this. Such creativity would be dangerous anyway. I guess this means they've been defeated, and censorship wins. But isn't there always something? something?...something?
Use a bootable usb-drive like Tails. Or change your mac and hostname before connecting to hostile routers, and use proxies, YaCy or the equivalent. However, there may not be enough room in China to permit a dongle sticking out your laptop. who knows.
Anyone see a serious trend toward reverse transparency? They've recently attacked the FOIA process, thoroughly exploited CALEA, FISA, and things like "room 641A", as well as given the FBI supra powers to do basically anything they fancy. Can someone point out even a single example of duplex transparency? This all seems exceedingly stupid unless ridiculed viciously.
I have had to regenerate pgp keys too many times to count. I frequently forget my passwords, and end up letting the encrypted data go. Does this mean that if I encrypt a sappy love-note to myself, and forget the password after being accused of being unlawfully brown, or saying "don't tread on me", that I will be imprisoned until the NSA can crack my password? WTF? This is ludicrous!
Someone say expat?

It works; I just tried it. Comes out to 1.7GB or so when extracted. Of course I will just delete it before I look. I am very responsible. The file can also be found at: http://page2rss.com/702be584dd7c81631bcd797202740b73/5612233_5614260/cryptome-has-decrypted-the-

"never forget" Great idea, and while you at never forgetting - since you made the insinuation - see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hZEvA8BCoBw&feature=player_embedded Not so easy to make fun of.

Why not use Stephen Colbert? Some similarities, he is possibly running for president. Could work.......
I think rather than "root", it is 'immutable'.

Why the fuck would you post something like that? Warning to all: scatology in its worst form. Do not look.

Encrypt with GPG, and toss it into an Icelandic cloud.
