Also, the goal isn't to guess what you want, it's to *change* what you want by algorithmically manipulating what you see.
When they switched notifications to not just be when someone actually replied/liked one of my tweets but to include notifying me of posts I might like and missed, I stopped looking at their notifications at all.
TLS versions and mapping. Ten appliances support TLS versions 1.2, 1.1, and 1.0, among which three also support SSL 3.0. [...] Microsoft supports only TLS 1.0 and (more worryingly) SSLv3; as many web servers nowadays do not support these versions (specifically SSLv3), clients behind Microsoft will be unable to visit these websites (Over 25% of web servers do not support TLS 1.1 & TLS 1.2. [12]).
Heck half of 2017's sedan's and SUVs across the vendors didn't have good UIs nor integrated their touch screens properly. They were all designed old school with physical buttons for everything as if the customer may opt out of the screen.
Because physical buttons are actually usable while driving without having to look? Touch screens for a car are gimmicky junk which are dated more or less as soon as the car is actually available. But at least you can update navigation maps for only a few hundred dollars!
One time on a highway a slow moving old man decided to change lanes. My mom had nowhere to go but off into the shoulder/grass to avoid being hit. She honked but the car never even braked and I'm pretty sure he'd claim he is a good driver; never had a speeding ticket or been in an accident.
So my "data" cancels your "data".
Self-assessment of driving skills may not be the best approach.
You aren't the intended audience then. I've met many people that feel the TSA is doing a good job. No more planes have been crashed into buildings, right? It seems like the ones that support it most strongly also never or rarely fly and so do not really have first hand experience with the real world impact of the TSA.
"People can always control who can send them friend requests by visiting their account settings," said the spokesperson. "If they select 'no one,' they won't appear in others' People You May Know."
Um, Facebook removed the option for "no one" to send friend requests years ago. The most restrictive now is "Friends of friends".
I can guarantee up front I have no interest in "sending a sticker, paying a friend for something or sharing [my] location" via Facebook. The prompts would just be additional annoyance.
Given the telemetry and forced "upgrade" to Windows 10 they are going for on the PC side I can't trust them on the phone side. I don't like being tracked and profiled on iOS or android either and hoped MS would carve out their niche as the phone OS not playing big brother.
Their poorly made handlebar mounts are apparently well-known for snapping. Wish I'd seen the reviews on them before mine snapped at speed and destroyed my camera when it smashed apart on the pavement.
At least they offered me a minor discount on purchasing a newer and more expensive camera... Didn't bother taking them up on that.
Why include a pointless link to dice.com? It is just a snippet of the actual posting from google (here is a direct link that will get you to the post even after the blog is updated...

Maybe they will fix that next?
Would be great to be away from home and no longer able to access my network because nobody is there to find / load / click on an ad.

Data gate then?
Per a recent article here, their own enterprise MITM software (TMG) maps intercepted traffic to TLS 1.0 or SSLv3:
I guess TMG will recommend Firefox or Chrome.

It does have a shitty, click bait headline phrasing though and would fit in on Facebook.
Honestly no link is needed - the summary is about all there is. It is a website poll result. No discussion or information. No real reason to look.
I can't wait to see linux journal's article on whatever slashdot's current poll is next week!
Has anyone asked Bennett Haselton? I'll wager he has an idea or three...
And that "4 minutes" includes cuts for some steps and speeding up the footage of trying to pry out the glued-in battery without breaking anything.

As if they'll honor your request to cancel...
Sticking with the dropped Ls, probably "I'm feeling ucky"

This post was first but Slashdot is trying out a new ordering system

same as my blu-ray collection - non-existent
Recruiters would reject an application from Steve Jobs to work at Apple, because he didn't have 20 years of experience in the smart phone field.
To be fair, his performance has fallen off quite a bit since he died.
