Doubtful. Some code may have licensing issued preventing it, and even trying to sort that out could be time consuming and expensive.

Maybe there is code in there they still use in other products. Maybe they consider some proprietary and don't want to release it. Maybe it could reveal bugs in those current offerings. Maybe it is a mess they don't feel reflects well on the company? All of those could create costs for MS.

It would help if the attendants actually monitored passengers and enforced the rules. If I am at the front of a plane I invariably have no room for my luggage because people at the back stashed theirs up front. It isn't even because the back is full. I've been boarded first and watched people ditch their luggage at the first open bin, presumably to not have to carry it all the way back.

Naturally these passengers are usually the ones complaining loudest about how long it is taking people to board, while those up front have no space for their luggage and need to find an alternative.

Gus is an origami master, able to fold napkins into the most delicate of forms, while Chris gains super-intelligence. They decide to employ Chris' new smarts to win every spelling bee in the world. While the 'bee groupies' eventually start to annoy Chris, they make it all the way to the championships. Unfortunately, the effects of the toxic waste wear off, and Chris forgets how to spell 'pants'. The masses turn on him, sickened that he'd cheat the spelling bee organization by way of toxic waste.
