    Well, I guess I've seen a first here. The system was 'upgraded' to Windows 2000? The manager that made that decision has done more than any staff member at Bin-Laden University for the Scrambled of Brains.

    But lets consider the simple geography. Which is closer to North Korea?
    A. 3 Rivers Project.
    B. Peking.
    C. Soul.
    D. Santa Barbera, California.

    I'd say the Chinese are Very interested in this set of events.

    Considerig the nature of machine instructions, 'Cross Compiling' seems pretty straight forward.

    I'm thinking that a call to an Operating System routine, lets say to access a Hard Drive, does not have the same address as would be found on another Operating System.

    microsofts 'avalon' is the 'next version' of software to come out of redmond, ok.

    i did just that. i just could not get beyond the 6 options available. it makes me think that i've been diagnosed with a 'terminal' illness. i don't know what the illness is called, but i do know a time will shortly come were i'll be clutching my cyber throat then next falling on my cyber face. the enevetable futil disk scrub, and software re-installs will come next.

    i wish my boss would let me use linux, jesssh.

    Boycotts just don't work in the Internatioal Market.

    There are other companies outside of the U.S. that sell satellite photos all the time, to anyone. I'm thinking Russia, France, and Sweden will make nice unexpected profits off of this; if this becomes law.

    Which brings up a chilling question. Is U.S. Intelligence Gathering not?

    What I find so very hard to ignore is the look of total confussion of the President of the United States of America, on film, for all the world to see. I'd follow this [fatherless child] into battle, any time.

    As for getting the family members of 'Scramble Brains' bin laden getting out of the country, courtesy of the executive branch; In my book, that's giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

    I started chuckling on this one; I started thinking about the scene in the movie 'Animal House'. A fraternity was placed under 'Double Secret Probation'.

    But in a serious light, using 'ignorance of the law...' argument combined with 'unpublished law' will see this issue going to the supreme court.

    I read the article. It looks like State's DA went after Diebold like a bunch of hustling wise guys. I don't think that's the problem.

    The problem is in the engineering, NOT the money. The inability to count votes manually in this day and age is an act of nieve ego combined with insanity. Accidents happen with new products. This is not a case of 'oh-well, we'll do better next time'. The raving lunitic in the executive branch of the U.S. government is a clear sign of voting gone wrong, for all the right reasons.

    Lets see if I understand this correctly.

    Wal Mart has been found guilty of:

    1. Not paying their bills.
    2. Shaving time of employees time cards.
    3. Destroying whole economies.
    4. Is the champion of the minimum wage SALARY.

    Is screaming that the bad guys are after them?

    The interest on the money not used by all those 'Gift Cards' would be a telling story; Wouldn't it?

    Hasn't anyone considered that this is a new form of 'Dumping'? Instead of flooding the market place with cheap tires, memory, electronics, etc.; the Market Place is now flooded with Millions, and I mean MILLIONS of Employees. So as a voting tax payer I'm suppose to eat this and roll over? I don't think so.

    Couldn't Microsoft 'Test', or 'Windows Scripting' software 'scrape' the information from its Exchange product?

    I haven't looked at the ' Open-Xchange' product yet, does it have an 'import' option?

    Administrative Note:
    Try evaluating openOffice, Mozilla, and mySQL on your machine. When your operating system becomes a 'burden', then switch to Linux. Try the 'Knoppix' distribution it'll get you pointed in a workable direction.

    This is the nightmare of every Pilot I know. Attaching Parachutes solves the problem AFTER impact.

    Memo To Santa Clause:

    I've been very good this year. I've kept my flying hours up. My Medicals are up to date. And my Aircraft has been kept up to date.

    I would REALLY love to have 60 seconds of advanced warning. The only aircraft I know of that have that uses guns also, (not acceptable). Please Santa, can I have a device that sees other aircraft BEFORE its a problem? I'm thinking of something that uses a combination of visual, and heat that doesn't cost more than my 30 year old aircraft.

    With ABC looking at dumping their NOT FREE word processing packages, they will have more money to do things? I'm thinking of better chairs, and hardware.

    I don't know about anybody else, but when I tell folks their now using openOffice, that its the m$ 2005 product in beta form, they just work with it. Learning curve is zero slope.

    I can't help but wonder if m$ is now applying for a patent for idea of word processors that hold candles?
