This is a good point you have brought out. If they really are trying to thumb there nose at copyright laws and big businesses, and they get telcos paying royalties on numbers, you know whos gonna get the end result. the customer. on the phone bill. If this succeds (which I doubt) they will have, in a way, made things worse.

A large portion, if not most, Companies in the world trade center have their Headqaurters in other countries all over the world. The WTC was merely on American Soil. It wasn't America's economy that was hurt and terrorized - it was thousands of secretaries, salesmen, computer operators, and janitors. Ordinary people trying to make a living. They have been devastated, as have been their friends neighbors and families. Let me make a suggestion. All the people who are yakking away about america deserved it, or along those lines, sit back for a moment, shut up, and THINK. Use some of that precious gray matter. These people, for the most part, were not americans by birth or origin. They were people just like you and me. Would YOU still be staying "it was America's fault, and oh hey, they should change their policy" if it was YOUR wife, son, husband, relative, friend in there? WOULD YOU!? Didn't Think So. Just imagine how those PEOPLE.. real live people.. must be feeling about how everyone is talking about their loved one dying saying things like 'America had it coming', especially when they and their son was born and grew up in Australia, on the other side of the damn world like one couple Ive seen on the TV. Even if this employee spray painted all of the ads, which I doubt, he would only be following orders, especially if he thought his job would be in danger.(How ever, that would make one hell of a lawsuit) If anyone should be getting community service, it should be the marketing team or perhaps the people who authorized the ads or maybe, just maybe, the lawyers who said it would be legal (If they were consulted in the first place).
