I've seen a similar study taken apart on the grounds you suggested but not this one specifically. I'm skeptical to a fault of everything but even more so when huge sums of money are involved and the alternative sweetener arena is just such an animal. I've seen reports of all the disastrous side effects of Aspartame and vehement denials and counter reports but I've also seen first hand the negative affect it has had on people I know. Even if this study were not accurate there is enough evidence for me to avoid HFCS where/when I can. That said I eat a lot of things daily that contain HFCS. But when I have a choice I choose sugar or stevia or agave.
That was the original iPhone. Apple commissioned Motorola to build it. Steve Jobs wasn't happy with the end product and terrorized his design team to come up with something better. the first touch screen iPhone abandoned battery life which was the metric all phones were graded on until the iPhone. It caught the entire industry off guard that people were all the sudden willing to give up battery life for the new shiny. Those that fail to study history are doomed to repeat it.

If you have Verizon or like to switch, they're supposedly giving away 6's with a two year contract if you trade in your old iPhone.
I may shock the Lemmings and Fanboys, but we don't hold up people like Linus as if they are infallible. If we think our "leaders" are full of shit, we will happily say so.
We don't treat our community leaders like Kings or Popes.

I've been running Waterfox (Firefox recompiled as 64 bit) for over a year. It's usually a week or two behind the official FF release but it runs well. In fact it co-exists with FF and the configuration is shared between them.
Unless your figures are adjusted for population that would make it about a 1:1 ratio with the UK as the US is five times more populous. That and correlation != causation and all that.
It's the phone contract that does it in for me. In an age where I can use Ting as my phone service for an average of $12/mo with no contract, why in the hell would I want to get a two year expensive contract with one of the old phone companies?!
Agreed...Switched to Ting two years ago and haven't regretted it once. I'm saving $100 mo. over my previous carrier for the same two lines and I haven't had to change my usage.
I was curious of Amazon's decision to make the phone an AT&T exclusive. Hopefully for Amazon's sake the exclusionary period was only six months
Now if those @#*$&! at Mozilla gave me that convenient checkbox to enable/disable Javascript without having to mess with about:config, I'd have one gripe less.
Consider your request granted. QuickJava puts buttons to enable/disable Flash, JavaScript, Java, Silverlight, etc., etc. on the menu bar.
Let's face it, gaming journalists have been in bed with devs and publishers for a long time, it just has gotten so out of hand that now we have journalists and devs literally in bed with each other. This would never fly in any other industry, so why do we let it occur here?
ROFL!! Stahp it...you're hilarious...oh wait? you actually believe that. How sadly naive yet adorable.
I haven't used it and I love it!
Watching the VI EMACS holy war has grown long in the tooth and we really needed a new holy war to spice up the community!
I get the "bought" part, that is after all how lobbying works (it's not a secret), but how does one "sell" a politician? Do you mean that political parties are pimping out their people?
Also I would suggest that given the kind of loyalty one can find in Washington, the proper term should be "rent" rather than "buy".
If my company wants to build a pipeline through several states I will approach the incumbent owner of the politicians in those states and shower them with money to get them to steer those politicians my direction.
This article isn't particularly well done, their scam of the scammers was extremely limited and provided little to no additional information on this well known fraud.
And yet you fell for the scam "article". Well played Timothy...Well Played!
Yeah but MirrorLink isn't Apple and really hasn't caught on so well. It just may be the thought of an Apple friendly version scared them enough to try harder.
You're car must be old because most of the new vehicles I have looked at recently are no longer capable of supporting an aftermarket head unit because the system is so integrated with the rest of the vehicle.
No thanks, I want my phone's maps and navigation on my car display.
You might have just hit on the reason for the delay. They charge $600 for that GPS system in the car and I'm sure Garmin, Tom Tom, Magellan, & Nokia are lobbying to keep their turf safe.
Music subscription services too.
I'd love to have a car interface to my phone apps on my car's screen, something like chromecast, but gets data from the phone instead of the internet, and the ability to send back interactions from a knob, a couple buttons, and touch.
I'm not sure if you are unfamiliar with the situation or just have a portfolio full of ComCast stock but There is some very insightful material over at Level 3 that paints a clear picture of just who is ganging up on who. And Netflix isn't the only Internet site that suffers from these ISP's greed. They just happen to be the largest. And as far as their CDN how is relieving the congestion on your network not a payment in and of itself? Netflix traffic from the backbone would decrease 90% once they are allowed to put their CDN inside your network leaving you free to use it for other traffic. If Netflix is causing the congestion then allowing them to put their CDN in is a win/win but ISPs want Netflix to lose so their on demand service can pick up those customers. If you truly want the truth then read the articles in the link.
Is there already a law about filming someone without their knowledge? If there is it's all that is needed. No need to add "On the internet"...I mean "with a drone" to it. If not then why should it be illegal for use with a drone? Would that mean that it is illegal to do with a drone but perfectly legal if I am using a jetpack? It's just like having a specific no texting and driving law when it's already illegal to drive distracted. Just start enforcing the law already there!

Stevia is a naturally occurring sweetener. While it may prove to have its own side effects it is not considered and artificial sweetener.
Actually...that might well be the case! I've seen stories trying to debunk this study but it sure looks solid from my perspective.

The 6s won't be out until September of 2015.
Ahh how quickly they forget.
BlackBerry Rulz!
How's that?
I got your button right here!
And everyone already knows about your baked bread pr0n fetish anyhow.

They just need to supply Ukraine with advanced weaponry. It worked in Afghanistan in the 1980s
Just who do you think we've been fighting against in Afghanistan for the last 15 years?
