UCI should have the last word and shall have the final ruling in this case. They know best what is in the interest of the sport and the cyclists. I am not sure I want some attention seeking lab to claim something so many years after the event. There should be a test window limited to 1-3 months tops.

  11. Flash exclusivity to Windows and Surface coming? on Adobe Officially Kills New Flash Installations On Android · · Score: 2

If Ballmer scores Flash exclusivity for Windows/8/RT and Surface then he trully earns his (evil)genius CEO pedestal right next to Gates and Allison.

Adobe certainly hates Linux/Android and had some feuds with Apple too, so this might not be completely off idea.

Tell that to Steve Jobs. Anyway hardcore gamers agree with restrictions, less hacks and modders around means less cheaters in online games. What is happening is simply fragmentation and verticalization of the matured market, Vita has it's place as the high-end portable, and the sales are actually pretty good for the high price.

The problem here is that OSX inherently lacks software that raises flags when 'the incident' happens, or at least it seams to be that way.. Does the victim has any built-in protection to deal with such a malware infection? Does the OS X possess mechanisms to monitor or block outgoing traffic? Does this system even has a proper driver structure to allow insertion of your monitoring pass-through driver into the TCP or disk driver stack?
