This is a question that has puzzled me for years. Contests throughout the Internet be they from the United States or based in Canada will exclude Quebec most of the time.
I've asked all kinds of people but I can never get an answer. Perhaps Quebec has some dumb law which requires contest rules to be bilingual or something?

Hey Timothy.... go to your preference page and UNBLOCK all CmdrTaco stories.... this way you can see what he posted and not post it yourself. I know some of his stories suck but it's for the good of all of us.
MIS is business courses with some basic programming added (mostly high level stuff, + web pages and the like.) It's not a CS degree. Most CS people laugh at these people. Sorry but it's true.
CIS is computer science with general business courses added. The core CS courses will be there but not much specialization in CS.
Computer Science itself comprises the core courses plus many posible specializations (IS above being one of them). Depending on your preferences you can specialize in different courses; adding some basic engineering courses, or higher level CS courses for example.
Personally I graduated with a CS degree, speicializing in Software Systems which basically meant all my "specialization" credits were used up with higher level CS courses and math courses.
In theory using Linux on an embedded system can yield many benefits, but not all are very realistic. Certain applications, such as an MP3 player and manager lend themselves much more easily to the strengths of Linux, but the needs of many embedded devices can be met with something much less complete than Linux and that is what we are seeing in the "real world".
Life is short...
P.S. Not quite?
Wish I had mod points cause that's the funniest thing I've read on Slashdot in a while.
Don't know why you posted AC... love the Sports Guy and I'm sure a lot of other slashdotters do as well.... the site looks cool, if a bit bare bones.
If any mods are fans as well, mod parent up. If you aren't, well start reading the Sports Guy!
Sports Guy's World
I assumed he meant this question:
"wouldn't it have already been leaked somewhere that there was a guy whose streak went for x episodes?".
Following your astute advice, I read the articles. The man's question is not answered anywhere.

It is quite a piss off.
Might explain why she reads so much....

Pretty sure he's talking about reverence as opposed to reference.
Keep in mind the best line from X-Men was Whedon's...
"How do I know it's you?"
"You're a dick."
"Okay."
Or something like that....
I can just see it, DeNiro sitting in some basement in Michigan or wherever and writing some illegible code for an hour and a half...
The romance is there with the infamous Valentine's Day Proposal.
Hemos is the "good buddy"...
This is gold.
From the FAQ:
Q1: Will a test server be available?
A: Yes, stay tuned...
Clicked on Careers and don't see anything for Linux zealots...
Technical Writer and Marketing Manager don't quite fit the bill.
Am I looking in the wrong place?

You can keep Katz stuff blocked.
Legions of rednecks killed me!
You know you're a redneck if: you run Lindows on a WalMart PC.
And the other half use malda@slashdot.org/CmdrTaco.
An unemployed person gets a WEEKLY manicure and pedicure? Excuse me... weekly!?
And that gives her an hour a week when she can feel normal? NORMAL?
You are far from normal lady!
The second one will begin filming in January. Everyone is lined up except for the Osborns (not Ozzy and Sharon!, Norman and Harry).
Possible villains considered are Doc Ock and The Lizard (who is mentioned quickly in the film).
Although you need to click through to get the joke, mod this guy up, it's pretty funny.
Here's an interesting link. Not necessarily a guide though.
Somebody mod the parent of this message up, that's some funny stuff.

If you are worried about the trustworthiness of your news site, getting your news from a site named YAHOO might be your first mistake.
Maybe they'll try to get Napster to switch from .mp3 to .wma's.
Force the user to use their format is always a great strategy.
