Since many prisons are now "for profit", and budgets are so tight, the police have shown they can no longer be trusted to properly or fairly do their jobs, and corporations never were trustworthy to start with....
Also assuming that the account they are using is using more than the allowed concurrent streams.
If a family is paying for a 2 or more concurrent streams, and the account isn't exceeding that in actual use, then there is no "loss". It's the customer getting what they pay for.
"It's hard to be festive or jolly when you have heard Jingle Bell Rock too many times." once or twice is usually pushing it, even if it is just different covers of the same 3-5 xmas songs over and over and over and over......
Reminds of idiot radio stations that start 24-hour xmas music the day after Halloween....
When 99 out of 100 e-mails is spam trying to sell me something I will gladly ignore and delete those emails. Not all email requires or deserves a response.
