    The cable companies saw the writing on the wall and increased Internet prices to make up some of the difference.

    And with all the new, separate streaming services programming has gotten fragmented and aggregators like Netflix are losing content left and right that all these companies want to keep exclusive to their own streaming services which leads to the al a carte people said they wanted, but also leads to death due to bloodloss from a thousand smaller cuts

    ... now instead of having to buy a super expensive cable package to get the channels/shows you want, now you need to subscribe to multiple different services to get the 1 or 2 things you want on each one.... was better when Netflix had almost everything and you didn't need multiple subs....

    Sadly, I agree wholeheartedly.

    Since many prisons are now "for profit", and budgets are so tight, the police have shown they can no longer be trusted to properly or fairly do their jobs, and corporations never were trustworthy to start with....

    Also assuming that the account they are using is using more than the allowed concurrent streams.

    If a family is paying for a 2 or more concurrent streams, and the account isn't exceeding that in actual use, then there is no "loss". It's the customer getting what they pay for.
