    Innocent until proven guilty is the standard for criminal trials. That's not what's happening here. This is a job interview. How many times do you think you could say "I like beer" in a job interview before they tell you the interview is over?

    The L already services O'Hare with the blue line. This would be a faster, presumably more expensive alternative.

    The danger is in the precedent. If they recognize function headers as protected by copyright law then writing any drop in library will become a licencing nightmare. Who owns "int round(float)" anyway?

    This is way bigger than Java and Android.

    You may want to reread that particular amendment. It explicitly guarantees the freedom of the press.

    Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
