Well, the whole province (lets say more than 80%...) voted for Jack Layton and Ontario which was around 50% for NPD and conserv party aren't to blame in this. It's rather the "west side" of Canada that is to blame if we got these kinds of lay because they mostly voted for the conservative party. Steven Harper showed the whole country you don't need Quebec to get the majority in the Gov. And everyone knows what happens if Steven Harper had the majority in the gov. He can do what he wants without any questions asked...well a lot less trouble if he would be in a minor gov. So it's Canadian's problem if we got those type of laws.
Since I live in Quebec, I don't even consider myself a Canadian because of my views with Harper and his evil minions. Besides, most western province don't like us for very good reasons anyone...and i don't blame them too. My province is not run properly so we ask more than we give and were stuck with Canada for now.
Before you flame, the numbers are there. Artist that makes albums in the end, mostly suck. not completely because they do have some good songs but is 15-25$ a good "reason" to buy the whole album so you can listen to 1 or 2 songs ? I think not. Lots of albums aren't suppose to be released in exception of some songs. Thank god the digital downloads are an option for songs...really.
I'm sorry but no one has control over the hardware we buy. A good example is the Sound Blaster card. I remember some time ago when a guy modified some code in the SB drivers and used it on his computer. He published those on a forum and eventually, creative learned about his doing. What happened next you think ? It's really obvious, they put a stop to his dealings of course. In the end, if its not open source, you own nothing, you control nothing, the corp or company that makes the hardware does.
On their site (Mozilla Dev Center), one of the reasoning which is #3 states:"qualified by QA as being of sufficient quality to release to hundreds of millions of people". I don't think they include wanting feature in their list of quality when QA people test it. If so, we would see way less firefox release and more testing. I would vote for the latter.
Just get your ass up and walk around for a couple of minutes (your break ?). Just go outside or walk around. Change your environment, the air, your surrounding for a couple of minutes, its free, relaxing and after a while, it will act like a drug. But you gotta start doing it and sometimes it acts like a car, it's slow to start this type of attitude, but once your doing it, you wont stop. besides, your boss cant make you work 12 hours non stop no break no lunch, that's just impossible and if thats the case, change jobs...seriously

I noticed lots of employers don't want to train their staff or offer some kind of investment program to their employee's or any type of training from the other staff as well. In other words, they want the new guys to perform at 150% on the minute they are hired and they are very impatient on that. It's either they perform top notch right away or they get out right away. Lots of boss forgot that those IT Staff are humans and not computers or robots.
Like the subject says, one of my friend found a job in japan (not China I know) as a lawyer. He doesn't speak japanese and they didn't had any requirements for japanese speakers too. All I can say is search for the right business and your going to find one. Any good dev business that wants to make money must have english translator so you might hire a programmer as well. Makes sense to me. good luck on your search.
Call me an idiot or naive but I thought, especially because of security issues, the us military would make their own chips instead of asking another country or corporation to do it.
Going on the web with a mobile device ain't free and it's usually bandwith limited. I don't know if those websites will be heavy or light but I hope they take that into account. It's true that a person wont go on those websites everyday but I'm just saying mobile web surfing aint free. Some of those are very high prices actually.
The 360 is a good console. It's not that bad. Calling people moron cause they use the 360 doesn't make sense if you ask me. It has a good gaming library, good graphics and good sound (7.1 if my memory serves me right ? idk, i don't own one). What's bad about it or why are people morons ?
I'm with Videotron in canada and their prices are insane. First you gotta have the basic package which is around 20$, then you can have the hbo package which includes 3-6 channels or networks which i won't even look or watch because all i would want is hbo. You can't get that channel alone so that's really idiot on their part. That price is around 16.99$ for the whole hbo package. So if you have the basic + another specific package which almost everyone have here your montly price should be around 50$ minimum per month. Add that 20$ for the hbo package and you got an insane price per month for 1 silly channel you want.
I stream it until Videotron will make HBO available...alone and not in a package. That is illegal if you ask me only because they will ripe me off to get more money out of my pockets. Like most people say, that business model is very very old and it's not working anymore. Fortunately I don't have a lot with my account at videotron cause i don't watch TV anymore. Good thing I got Internet lol

Ok this aint a bait but the way I see it is it's easier to blame when your not authorized to repair devices. For example I repair lenovo, compact, samsung and other laptops and I'm not authorised to do it but I do everything to make sure it's safe and working correctly (yup, I use a map, paper and pen to make sure I don't misplace a single screw...man there's lots of screws in those laptops now)
Also, I'm surprised to hear that you can actually fit a screw inside the the iphone... I thought those things were so compact you couldn't fit anything else. Perhaps the CASA should go ahead with their recommendation which is :

That's the whole question behind the article. Why does he need to keep it a secret in the first place ? I could go on with conspiracy theories but I don't like posting without hard fact or proof. All I have to say is it's not all the time that he keeps a secret when he goes out of his country so why is this one secret ? The tension is so strong in the middle-east that this visit, that is suppose to be a secret, is very odd if you ask me.
