  2. It sure does. That means the US court would have jurisdiction if and only if the foreign country agrees to it first. If the foreign country doesn't agree to it, this is overreach.

    People with less filter some of the time are more likely to have less filter the rest of the time. Also, are they really more honest or just more certain? It's easy to be certain when truth isn't an issue (like in the case of profanity or opinions).

    I suppose it's related to the idea that intellectual property "rights" granted by a country of origin should still have the same benefits and drawbacks when transferred to another country. Or at the very least should be treated as an export at such time a base of operations moves out of country.

    Software Patents? Yes we know. According to OSNews the last of the patents expires in April of 2017. So the base install of the next version of Fedora should be safe to include software for encoding and decoding of MP3 by then.

    Every 10 years after the census, congressional districts are reevaluated, and usually redrawn. Long Story short: You can make smaller states votes matter more than medium sized states due to the minimum number of electoral college votes they can obtain. Now you have people that are more equal than others.
