    I think he's trying to point out that, just because it's, say, AOL/Nullsoft being charged, that doesn't mean they (AOL/Nullsoft) can't pass the charges on to us, the end user.

    I'm on AT&T Broadband Internet in western PA, and attempting to access the Listen4Ever website gives me a "Site Not Found: No web site is configured at this address" with Mozilla 1.0, and a standard "404 Not Found" with IE6.

    Anyone have any more info about this?

    You may want to go back and watch that part of the trailer again. The woman has a bare shoulder, and there is obviously some dark clothing which narrows at her neck. Hardly naked if you ask me. ...and Picard is "the man" (pun intended).

    an asteroid would have to get really close to Earth for the atmosphere to have any kind of effect on it.

    even then, if it came in at a very low angle, the asteroid would just bounce right off our upper atmosphere and keep going. this actually happened a while (a couple decades?) ago, although the rock wasn't all that big, if i remember correctly...

    actually, i got the impression that he was hitting on her...
    - the scene with Yoda and the little kids was insanely embarrassing. It had one purpose, and one purpose only; to relate to the audience that Obiwan got permission from Yoda to visit the cloner's planet. Such a minor bureaucratic factoid, and Lucas decides to make it the focal point for a CG Yoda scene.
    i thought that scene was also meant to show us a different side to Yoda.: a caring teacher... also to give some familiarity to the movie and identify the blast helmet/training droid as a standard Jedi training exercise.

    thus circumventing the stranglehold the RIAA has on the music industry
    the RIAA claims to protect artists' intellectual property (basically)... the DMCA has made circumvention of copy protection systems (the riaa in this case) a crime... therefore kazaa and verizon are conspiring to commit a crime...

    this is the part where the RIAA begins chanting "sue! sue! sue! sue! sue!", isn't it?
