I've been a Pharmacist for over 30 years, and, have to strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations. If I'm consuling a patient and someone overhears or even records any protected information it's not the recorder who violated HIPAA, it would be me, since I allowed the possibility of overhearing or recording. In that light, it was not the person who videoed this incident, it was the police who failed to block the view of the public who actually violated HIPAA regulations (If indeed, any HIPAA regs. actually applied here) So, I would suggest that the person who video recorded this incident get in touch with the person who may or may not have had his rights violated to sue the police department for all they are worth! (Not Much!!!) This would turn the tables on the police and put them in the hotseat where they belong.
Here here! I fully agree. To allow these religious cultists to endanger my health in a hospital is totally asinine! I am immunocompromised because of an arthritis drug I take. If they think they should be allowed to endanger my health, then, I believe they should be required to wear red headbands. Also I should be allowed to have my 44 magnum lying next to me in my hospital bed. If they try to enter my room, I should be allowed to let them meet their maker and tell him, her, it, whatever, why they refused to get a friggin' flu shot!!!
I agree, the minting of a trillion dollar platinum coin is rediculous. But so is holding the good faith and credit of the United States hostage to further far right wing ideas and policies. Obama won the election. The only reason the house is still in the hands of the Republicans is a decades long plan of re-districting or as I call it "rigging" of the electoral process in many states of the U.S. Face it Repubs, reform now or go down the sh*thole of history.
Last weekend, the wife and I saw the Hobbit in 3D. The effects were just OK, not spectacular. But, what I noticed most was the lack of definition. This pic was supposedly shot at 48 fps. You'd think the definition would be superb! But, no, it was horrible. I've seen better definition on the old 480i standard. What gives?
I think one of the first things we need to do to reduce the number of nutcases from commiting these mass murders is to deny them their 15 minutes of fame. A simple law preventing news outlets from releasing the names of these nutjobs would be a good first step. Back that up with stiff fines for anyone, tabloid newspapers etc. from releasing their names to the public. Take away their 15 minutes of fame and, I believe, it would cut down this type of activity greatly.
The sad thing is that there are so many people out there who do not have the intelligence to resist the shyster doomsayers. They will get all worried and send in all kinds of money to these lowlifes, but on 12/22 where will they be? Off spending these peoples hard earned cash! The question that needs to be asked of these shysters is; If the world is going to end on 12/21, why do you need my money? You won't be here to use it if the world ends!
I believe it would be in Russia's interest to invest in and build a large sea launch capability. They could send rockets etc. from Vladivostok to just about any point on the equator of the Pacific ocean and it would increase their launch capabilities. By the way, the U.S. could also do this in the Pacific as well as the Atlantic!
I did see this movie. It came from my Netflix subscription. I believe this movie studio owes me 1/3 of my monthly Netflix fee for foisting this worthless piece of shit movie on me. I know, I know! It was highly rated and highly regarded by the people who rate these movies. Maybe, they owe me part of that fee as well, because, they failed in their primary duty of screening me from spending my money on a crappy movie. I'm sure the movie critics were paid handsomly to rate this movie well, which, IMHO, means they also owe me damages!

This is why Beer and liquer companies give such high donations to the "War On Drugs". If weed were legalized nationally and alcohol made illegal, this would be a much safer country!

But, you fail to mention that a large portion of those 110,600 civilians killed in Iraq were killed by fellow Iraqis, and other groups in Iraq. The only thing arabs like more than killing Americans is killing arabs. I believe your math and your conclusions need some updating!
The difference is; The Democrats tax, and, the Republicans pull out the Chinese credit card so that the Democrats have to tax more next time around to cover the excesses of the Republicans!
