    Back in the 80s, when mice were being used in the mainstream, I saw people instinctively picking them up and placing them on the screen to make the computer work.

    Flashforward about 20 years, and the local Borders kiosk needed a sign to remind people to use the trackball/clicker, and that the screen wasn't a touchscreen.

    It looks like the RIAA is really pushing the defining line between collecting a civil debt (no contract with the accused) and threatening to bring a civil suit. If you do settle, you get to sign away your right of freedom of the press and freedom of speach in the same settlement. In other words, the settlement includes not only a cash settlement and agreement to destroy all copies.. It includes a gag order agreeing against your will that you will only have nice things to say about the RIAA.

    All in all, I'd rather a toaster point a gun at my head and sign a death warrant for 200 people.

    His employer, being that it works in the "politics industry", had a policy forbidding employees from political activity to avoid any impropriaties. He violated the policy and was fired.

    It was interesting to see Hillary and Obama doing a verbal paso doble on how to react before he was 'outed'.

    They both let out a sigh of relief and went with the standard "my opponent was behind thisCHUFFCHUFFCHUFF!"/"I never authorized thisRUNAWAY!!!!!!" responses.
