Germany already has glowing lines and signs. The stripes on the major roads are highly reflective, so you need no glowing paint, as long as you have good lights. Some signs are also luminescent, but do not glow as much as it was proposed in the pictures of this design. German car manufacturers have been thinking about inductive charging too. The Electricity in here is expensive, so the proposal with inefficient charging was not welcomed by reality. I believe that the city of Dresden was thinking about inductive charging for trams and buses. Not sure what became of that, but they probably will do it after the state financed university will figure out how to do it cheaper than gasoline, diesel and gas.

Amazon and eBay are good placed to look for it, but you can also write eMails to the vendors with German online shops. They will send the thing to you by DHL and you will have to pay import tax to the mail man directly, if they function the same way as they function in Germany.

One super good advice for you: clean the drain holes, where the water from the roof and the street are running down. It is autumn, the leafs have fallen down recently. I would bet that the heavy rain will cause some type of flooding in areas that are heavily polluted with concrete or pavement. Walled terrace roofs might be flooded too, if the water can not flow out, becasue of the leafs. Here is one picture with a Canadian woman that is begging you to clean away the leafs: http://www.tosports.ca/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/leafs_babe1.jpg

The minus (-) is a dash in this case, so that no one can make 150% out of ----50% Just history and a lesson for you to add dashes at the end of important numbers on paper. Vacationing in US is kind of stressful. You have to register yourself before going to US and then you are required to perform face and fingerprint scans at the airport. You can not have normal food in there and their public transport is not nice at all. They might also put you in detention for no reason, if your name is similar to the name on the screen. Seriously, people. Go visit Europe, we have lesser rules for paying tourists as long as they do not intend immigration, which also sucks in Europe.
