You'd never get on a jury because you're an obvious idiot. Never heard of corrupt judges before? Oh forget it, you obviously got jammed up and had to deal with it because you got a crappy lawyer. Next time, stop selling meth to kids.

This is a very good point. The recorder should not be arrested. As for the video, I don't see a problem if the police copy it and give the original card back to the recorder so an edited video, as you mentioned, isn't released with rebuttal. I know it's more complex than just those few points.

I guess different places, different rules. I got 2 weeks in the "holding section," with the same amount of things (books, common room TV, hour yard break), as when I got to the larger pod. Luckily, besides nights, we only got 2 lockdowns a day for head counts. Except for when other pods had a riot- that screwed our entire day.

  23. Whoops, "no beliefs"? Your construct is incorrect. Atheists have-
Besides discounting anyone else's worldview as invalid, believing that there is no higher power(s), the belief that it is OK to call people "sheep" or "believing in fairy tales" and "you're just an idiot." Get over yourself, you are as bad as a fundamentalist Baptist, the only difference is that most religious people don't run around calling atheists "morons" for having a different opinion. Religious folk (for the most part)- "You don't believe in anything, that's cool." Atheists (and specifically you)- "You fucking dolt for believing in something I don't, why don't you go ride a unicorn with your fairy tale god."

In summary, learn some tolerance for others. No need to shove your beliefs down anyone else's throats.
