This is actually great news for me. My camera (Canon A70) started exhibiting this problem about 8 months ago. I had no idea of the cause and it happened intermittently so I worked around it. I finally took it to a local place to see about getting it repaired and they said it would have to be shipped back to Canon and there was a flat fee for all repairs (~$125 + shipping). I didn't want to spend that much on a camera that isn't worth much more than that so I figured I was pretty much stuck until I could buy a new one. I'm certainly glad I didn't spring for that repair before now.

The best way I've found for dealing with these (and annoying flash, too) is to use a bookmarklet that replaces all objects, embeds & iframes in a page with a one word strike-through of the object replaced (object, embed, or iframe).

Here's a link to all the different versions for IE, Mozilla & Opera.

Now it starts up and loads and I can play around with it. Only problem is that it is difficult to edit when your resolution is at 640x480 =(

The editor is included in the game executable. Just bring down the console and type: editor. It will try to start the map editor. It crashes for me because there isn't a project file to open, but I haven't looked that hard. There is also a built in sound and light editor.

    bind w _forward

There's also a flashlight in the game that is missing a texture. You can copy flashlight2.tga to flashlight3.tga and it will work. Framerate drops significantly when you use it.

    bind e flashlight

It's not the max frame rate, it's the min frame rate that matters. In the midst of a huge fragfest, you don't want your framerate to drop from 85fps -> 20fps. That will get you fragged. I would far prefer to have the extra power that will keep high, sustainable frame rates. Besides, I can't tell the difference between 4x aa and 16x aa in the middle of a firefight.
