Who's going to come to my house today to build a device to scramble GPS/Cell Signals in a 50 meter radius? We'll go on a car stealing spree, they'll never know what hit them.
I worked for "Computers For Sschools" and when we got new computers from banks, canadian tire, drug dealers, univeristys, etc, our policy was to wipe the harddrive clean with stright 0's, three times. After that, we'd install "New Deal" on them. It was up to the school to put an operating system on (unless they asked us nicely, I do believe, and had the appropriate licenses). The thing is, when a bank gives away their computers, they DO NOT keep windows 95/98/NT installed, they most likely either throw the harddrives out at the nearest old womens head, or erase it (sometimes just deleting the mbr...... I'm a good boy).
Anyhoo, this whole "preinstalled operating system must keep" thing worked out to be a pile of shit here. However, we sometimes used the operating systems they donated, like when windows 95/98 was still boxed in with selapane we kept it as ours, because it was donated.
BEos was an Operating system, OS/2 is an operating system, FreeBSD is an operating system, Linux is a kernel.
Big fineline difference, If you want to waste your money on trying to make a good operating system ment for the average joe and to compete with windows, go try like Caldera, and Corel did.
if I lend my newly aquired photoshop 7 cd to my neighbour so he can do his final exam and pas his course, and I don't use it during the time he uses it, that's legal right?
Same as if I install windows XP on his computer so he can use his computer, and I don't use my computer for the duration he uses his, is legal right?
why am I thinking this is.. way to far of a stretch.
That way it'd still check to see if the memory had no errors, and it would just read/write bit by bit at a time each part of the memory, but first backing the bit up on a special new fast chip, or some jazz.

I had a clause (although I'm not so sure about the latter because of the lack of air)
then I realized, when the plane comes back down from being so high, and suddenly hits all the air from the friction, and the hull shrinking back to it's normal height.
so I kept it in there.

I do believe this is due to the large amount of heat created by the friction of flying so fast/high. the plane's height (back to front) before take off is something like 25 feet then when it's flying mach 3, years and years up in the sky, it's 27 ft long! (numbers are not right, but you get the idea.)
I guess they thought of Trying getting steel to do that and realized titanium would be a better option.
My girlfriend got a credit card January 16th, 2002. We went out for supper on the 18th at East Side Marios. She uses her credit card at her work, to buy a telephone on Feburary 2nd.
she reads her bill online, feb 4th, there are 3 transactions: East Side Marios: 50$ Sex shop in quebec: 80$ Cell Phone: 50$
Somebody got a hold of her credit card number, bought something from a sex shop in quebec. For the longest time we assumed it was somebody at east side marios, but now we've narrowed it down to a lady who lived at her managers house (good friend of ours) for a few months, who moved out mid feburary. She must of dove into my girlfriends purse to get her credit card when she wasn't looking.
Not even 15 days of getting the card, and it was already used without her consent.
Good thing she didn't clear the internet history on his computer, should proove as some interesting evidence.
This is too cool, I've thought of hooking up my good old SLR to my girlfriends telescope last semister in school, but I never got around to making any mounting brackets.
yeah I remember that episode of gundam wing where he started up his energy weapon under water and started taking out the picaes's like there was no tomorrow. Or the day after.
Why didn't you just keep to that stupid blackout thing in your signature.
Go away and take your stupid with you.
like declaring windows and mac operating systems that do this illegal due to the ddos floods they willingly protrude!
my easy way..
ctrl + alt + del
move to the bottom where the jedi knight tab is on the taskbar
right click
goto move
use the arrow keys to move it out of the way..
the display is still stichy..
but you have do other things.
:)
In the us and other countrys, stealing cars is illegal. If stealing cars were leagal, the cops would be speeding.

I sugest IBM, they were good enough for the nazis.

until Intel uses those same instructions set, ala AMD and it's previous chips.

I have a book on programming the 6505 microprocessor, read it when I was a kid, kind of like reading german when your english.
well..
t sNewAndJustInvented
it may take a bit longer
but bit by bit, it could write/read/rewrite memory in the main memory, eg:
read ramstick1:6gigs:0000000000001,RamCacheTempChipTha
write ramstick1:6gigs:0000000000001,1
true(ramstick1:6gigs:0000000000001,1)
write ramstick1:6gigs:0000000000001, RamCacheTempChipThatsNewAndJustInvented

over priced.. 5K?
or.. images.
What does this thing look like?
is it just a hacked up wireless net card + x10 camera, etc?
More details please?
never had that problem..
installed it on P 300's and above though
good idea I guess.
A little hint here, the ECS K7S5A has some wierd propreitary "north" or "south" bridge which stops the generic AC97 sound from working.
Your SOL either way, and I hope somebody prooves me wrong with solid proof.

I was expecting it to really suck.
your lucky to have him as a teacher.
So, could I make a scanner out of this? To be able to listen to 1mhz-1000mhz?
that is kind of really, cool.
