Until now I had no plans on hacking my Wii. Now that Nintendo is trying to prevent me from using my hardware as I see fit, I think I will. I can't be the only person who thinks this way.
Becuase those who don't commit crime have nothing to hide. If you have nothing to hide you don't care if they look because they have nothing to find. I would rather be looked over than have a criminal get overlooked.
You are already talking about changing your lifestyle based on the results that are not 100% certain.
Anyone can state their thoughts on how they would react if they could see into the "future" but until you have been diagnosed terminal, you won't understand.
Having been previously misdiagnosed with Leukemia and acting on that diagnoses for almost a year, I can tell you that being told that I'm predisposed to something would make every day difficult and worrisome. Shoudl I eat that? Why do I have a headache? My feet are hot, is that a sign?
I would rather have it surprise me and then live every day for what it's worth. Else you might think you sick and run up a bunch of bills you can't pay when you find out you're fine.
I wish I had bought my copy early to particiapte in this.
I recommend to all gamers who are entitled to this refund and disagree with our government acting as our parents, to submit for your check and sign it over to Take Two, mail it back to them with a thank you note.
I have a father and am one and I don't need someone else telling me what I can and can't do with my artistic media.
This was a very informative read right up until "So the sun most probably holds the key to long-term climate changes."
Really? I thought maybe is was aliens or maybe gastric juices.
I like a laugh in the morning.
Let them know that you are not pleased. I just sent a message to directv and will follow through with cancellation if this becomes reality. I have a PVR just don't use it because the Tivo is easy for my wife and kids to use.

The smaller home delivery vendors have always been in this space and have expanded in the online venue. Our local dairy delivers milks, eggs, bread and now all other food products from frozen food to fresh meat and cheese has a website to order your weekly delivery. Schwann's is another company that sell frozen only but have expanded order placing to the Internet. So these larger markets are really just cathcing up to the smaller family established businesses.
The thought that Apple was counting on a music playback device to become a powerhouse is a joke. They are a computer firm, this is one revenue stream not the salvation of the firm. It is more likely that they want people to see how easy it is to use an iPod and then purchase a Mac for integration. If they were counting on the iPod as their saviour, then they were doomed from the onset of the project.
Our ISS IDS detected it but we didn't have it setup to page us. So looking back at the logs, the initial detection was between 7-8 pm and we were hit full bore between 10pm-1am. If we had been paged we could have blocked it before it really hit.
I don't think they will be a great loss of jobs, nor will guns be given to admins. More likely the management of both functions will be incorporated. I have consulted and managed security projects for my company and many clients. THe one item you usually have to work on with them is that the physical security is as important as the data security. Once you cross this hurdle and good well rounded security expert can approach a building, office or room and address everything from the points of entry to the servers. An example, when approaching a server room I look at the entry mechanism on the door, the hinges and jam. I look at the walls for material, thickness and accessiblity. Is the ceiling accessible? Once inside I look at the physical access to the hardware, the fire prevention equipment, etc. Then we move on to the data security. I have hired people that are experts in each field and they train each other. In the end you end up with a much more secure environment and the same workforce minus maybe one manager.
Where did the idea to put together such an ingenious, innovative and ground-breaking program, that not only showed people how to cook great food but takes it a step further into the science behind the food?
How many times have I been on the phone and told the person I was speaking to "I wish you could see this too!" If the bandwith issue was ever worked out, you could use an earpiece and point the phone at whatever you wanted the person to see.
Having owned a consulting company for 5 years, then working as a CTO, now back at a consulting company, I have seen both the good and the bad.
At my company, I constantly preached, as did my managers, that honesty was the most important service we could provide to our clients. We never had any issues that were not easily resolveable with our clients because of this.
While working at a.dom as the CTO, for most of last year, I got to experience the flipside of that. They had contracted a consulting company in N.Y., the company I worked for was based in Florida at that time. This company had run up a bill of half a million dollars on us. Before I came to the company there was no one with any technology experience. As I scanned through what they were doing for this money, it became obvious that they were training people on our money. I also realized there may be a problem when we asked for a login screen, which was already there as part of the software we purchased, and I was told it would take a week. When I told them that I would code it myself in a couple of hours, there was a very long silence from our "partners." They never did, nor could they provide status reports for the work they were doing. When I finally questioned them and pushed it all the way to the top of their company, It was determined that we did not have to pay the 1/2 million.
With the firm I am with now, it seems everyone here understands morality and exercises it freely. We only do what is best for our clients and I am very happy to be part of this company.
The moral, you have to keep a close eye on your "partners." Occasionaly have their work audited by an internal person or another company that does IT/Code auditing. Ask for weekly status reports and information that reinforces technology decisions they recommend.
Don't fall asleep, that's when they get ya!
This morning it was reported on many radio stations that the company, at least in this contry, will continue to produce the console and games.
True?? Don't know.

Yeah...maybe
timothy and an anonymous reader, stuttering.
The company is computech. Nothing new.
How many schools already do this or have been doing it for some time? Is this newsworthy? I think not.

Was looking for the Holy Grail, but it wasn't there. It is a nice all in one spot to find everything about tweaking a box though.
part of our program, please come back again when we will present, "How to Make Your Gaming Snacks Taste Better", sponsored by Cheez Whiz.

I think this was inevitable.

The phone is incredibly clear and has an incredible range. I can't comment on the effect on your wireless network though.
