This link toolbar is pretty cool and it's an HTML 2.0 specification. Any other browsers have it? I see the slashcoders have worked it into slashdot, looks good.
yeah and i can argue that most of the Ask Slashdot Qs belong on Google not slashdot. if Mozilla annoys you, log in and disable the Mozilla topic from showing up on the front page.
it seems like mandrake would like the reputation of being the most up to date distro. The release coincides with the release of KDE 2.2 very nicely. Some may not care for mandrake, but people on the linux for the desktop front should see this as good support for windows users looking to jump ship.
AFAIK, only the classic and modern theme work for current releases of mozilla. The themes have been broken since.8 and the themers aren't too happy with having to change how a theme is made every new release. To fix this problem download an older version of mozilla(0.7 should do) and change the theme back to classic or modern.
I also have mdk 8.0, what i did was manually delete everything under/usr/bin/mozilla, download the mozilla-installer.tar.gz, and install that to/usr/bin/mozilla. It will ask you if you want to create the new directory, just say yes. smooth sailing from there... YMMV
How hard is it to write a layer for these things so i can download PalmOS apps to them? Golf and Asteroids had better come out pretty quick for it too, those meetings can get pretty dull.
did you try to type the whole thing in? http://localhost:80
