What's also interesting is the iPod HiFi having opticial inputs compatible with the airport express. You could stick the boombox in another room, and add an airport express, and be able to stream music to it from your pc/mac from anywhere else, as long as it was on the same network. For around $500 for the whole station, people can add streaming music to any room in their house.
I have my airport express hooked up to my stereo, and stream music to it all the time. The iPod Hifi/airport express setup seems like something i'd enjoy in my office more, but for $349 i can probably get a pretty nice bookshelf system that and add an airport extreme to that.
Actually, their determination was that the smile is "83 percent happy, 9 percent disgusted, 6 percent fearful, 2 percent angry, less than 1 percent neutral, and not surprised at all."
Thie first amendment prevents the federal government from prohibiting free speech. It was incorporated to apply to the states governments as well in the 1960's. Privaties parties and the relationships between them are not the government's affairs, nor should they be.
I just bought a camera online and was starting to feel a little ill after reading what happened in this story. Then you mentioned B&H was a reputable company, and now I feel a lot better since I ordered from them.
I am also a big Windows Media Center fan, but there is one huge problem I have encountered. No HBO. I get HBO as part of my service (Dish Networks), but WMC won't let me watch or record it. It's puts up a blue 'Content Restricted' screen, which is apparently some implementation of the broadcast flag. It's not just preventing me from recording it, but from watching it at all. Well, I can turn to that channel and get about 10 seconds before the content protection screen comes up. This is seriously hurting the product. I had a Tivo, and wanted to switch to Media Center to avoid monthly fees, but if I can't record Rome or other HBO shows to watch later, than there is no real reason to stick with MCE.
If anyone knows of a fix for this I'd appreciate it. I've check out thegreenbutton.com, but I haven't found a solution yet.
I tried MythTV, but not being a Linux user I had no idea how to fix a lot of problems. Tivo was great, but I do like having one central machine where content can be instantly streamed to the extenders around the house, and I really like not paying a monthly fee.
It's interesting to see places where the satellite images and map date do not line up quite right. In my neighborhood, they are just off, the map data is slightly right of the images. You can see it here."
So is the map data wrong, or did my my whole neighborhood shift slightly to the left? It is California, we do have the occasional 'ground shiftage'.
DirecTV has not enabled the use of USB ports on the direcTivo's, and so far they are the only ones who offer HD Tivo. This means you are left using the land line if you have a HD Tivo.
So wait....one third of all studies? Which 1/3? Do they underestimate or overestimate? So If a study said one quarter of all college students smoke, does that mean that:
1/4 - (1/4 x 1/3) = 1/6 So really only one sixth do?
Or would that be that be that really:
1/4 + (1/4 x 1/3) = 1/3 So one third does.
How do you know which 1/3 is garbage?? This is some really useful information the freaking study should let us know.
Wait, so are 4/9ths of studies nonsense or 2/9ths?
I know in California you can keep a running credit, so your summer solar energy can earn you credit for winter. Where I live, in the central valley, you can even get enough light in winter to keep a positive balance.
PG&E even had a program so that you could take out a loan through them to finance your purchase of solar cells, and they will subsidize your interest.
I take offense to that. 'Singh' is not exclusively Punjabi. There are A LOT of non-Punjabi Singh, which I didn't even know until I visited India last year. It is a Rajistani name too.
Dammit, it probably was a Punjabi. He probably got drunk and did it on a dare. It was the Black Label, I SWEAR!!!
Ok, I am probably not the first to think of this, but it just hit me...
Powerbooks have PowerPC processors. MacBook's have Intel processors.
So when the PowerMac's are switched to Intel, are they called MacMac's??
they need the backing of the most influential video companies when it comes to pushing new technologies.
Porn companies.
In a movie theater, no matter where I sit, the loudest person in the theater always ends up sitting next to me.
Well, next time teach her a lesson and leave the bitch at home.
Unfortunately, eating the styrofoam causes the bacteria to shit lead. Give a penny, take a penny.
Wait....are they shitting copper now?

Yes, we should.

I posted the story. I have a law degree, and even I don't read the EULA's that come with my software.
Maybe if there were a couple pages, but not at their current length. It's not worth my time.
Kearney: Hey Dolph, take a memo on your Newton, 'beat up Martin'.
Writes:
"Beat up Martin"
Newton translates:
"Eat up Martha
Newton hits Martin in the head.

For a second I read that as Nambla Rail.
Now that would be a scary ride.
Well, I'm not sure that that it is really win-win. People may benefit, but the shrimp are not likely to be happy about the process.
