Its quite funny reading all this moral outrage over linking to something that is freely available over the net. And yes I think you should be able to link to a kiddie porn site if you so choose to. Doesn't mean I have to click it nor look at it.

Did Commander Taco post this story as some sort of test, to prove once and for all that no one reads the articles posted? Its bizzaro stories like this that at least keep you on your toes i guess.

The term Deep refers to the fact that it is able to take advantage of multiple cpus. There is an alternate program simply called Fritz that cannot take advantage of smp.

U are a fsking moron! Prince has always written in this manner, and im quite sure it has nothing to do with his wanting to be l337. Its not hard to read, and in this day of e-mails galore, who doesn't write with some form of shorthand? Intolerant fux

  10. Re:Deep, man. on Men vs. Machines · · Score: 0

Sigh. Incorrect but somehow modded 5 for informative. The designation Deep refers to the fact that these programs are designed to use more then 1 cpu at a time.

I propose, no solution. I mean we don't owe the industry anything. You Americans are always going on about letting the Market decide things, and in this case I think the Market has spoken.

I mean ive already read comments about how this guy is just a troll, and how he proclaims the death of linux, when he in fact does no such thing. The only area that he mentions Linux being dead is on the Desktop, and his points about users wanting apps over stability made sense.

  17. Just jump right in on Options for Adults with Renewed Interest in Math? · · Score: 0

I had to take university math after 10 years of inactivity. The best thing to do is just jump right into your subject. If you are taking Calculus start doing Calculus. Don't fuck around, just do Calculus problems. When your learning algebra, just take the text and do lots of Algebra problems.
My point is i found i didnt need any refresher courses to learn Calculus, algebra, differential equations etc, I just had to sit and plug my way through the textbooks for each subject.
