    It is really crazy how blatant and out of control big contents and their lawyers have become in our society. I'm all for summary execution of those people.
    As a consumer, I'm dismayed that self proclaimed artists and authors expects works that took years of effort and money should benefit them in perpetuality, while everyone else has to work and produce daily. It's time these lazy bums get off their fat ass and do some hard work instead of leeching off the society.

    all the people that bought into g tablet have effectively been abandoned by viewsonic.

    viewsonic could not resist the temptation of adding their "special touches" to otherwise generally serviceable 2.2 that rendered the unit utterly unusable (slow, crashes often) and compelled people to either return the unit or root the unit and overwrite the stock rom.

    moral of the story - don't buy stuff you expect fw updates from 2 bit companies like viewsonic, because you won't get any.

    Consumers don't want to be suckered into buying a lemon. MAFIAA much rather that they do.

    This should be evident when film industry sued to suppress negative film reviews on opening weekend, knowing that the suit will never hold water. They just wanted the negative reviews off line long enough to sucker a few more people into paying 12 bucks a head to waste a few hours of their lives in a theater.
