Corporation should not have the right to make money without personal liability of the officers then be able to use that money as a form of political speech. The original corporation did not have the right to speech much less the right to money as a form of political speech. The current reading of the 14th amendment as giving "human rights" to "property" has been expanded by the court to give human rights to corporations and thus granting them more rights than a human individual. i.e. you don't have the right to limited liability. One could argue from the response of local governments to the WTO rallies you also lack or free speech and the right to assemble.

1. Pass a constitutional amendment stating explicitly that only human being are to be granted human rights.
2. Pass a law stating that any corporation that flees the US to avoid paying taxes forfeits their intellectual property rights; trade marks, copy rights and patents to the US Public domain.

There is no difference between the FTE's and the "Contractors" other than a meaningless budget line. I am sure the Contractors cost with 10% of the FTE's even with benefits. So why are we paying 30%-50% of our cost to some "payroll" service/temp agency? I thought the information age meant an end to meaningless middlemen. The funniest thing about this situation is that we work for a not for profit health insurance company and they are going out of their way to deny us health care. For what? One tenth of one percent increase in executive salaries. Salaries for people who I just watched blow 500 million and three years on a failed IT project. 500 million down the tube and nothing to show. God it irks me.
The only solution I can think of is to unionize or just get everyone in the dept to quit and incorporate our own company and outsource the work to ourselves.

They do make a brainwave video game mod. Its for ADD kids. It works by monitoring brain state, when the kid is in an attentive state the controller functions correctly. If the kid is not in the correct state the reaction time by the controller slows making the game F*&SKING annoying. Great idea but a ivory tower hardware setup.
