You are ignoring the critical AND. For it to be labeled domestic terrorism it must be an act that violates fed/state criminal law AND (meaning it must do both, since you appear to be Boolean impaired) that the act be dangerous to human life. And I hope to god that the MPAA saying "this is costing us money, which is weakening our livelihood, which weakens our ability to live, thus endangers our lives" doesn't count.

I dunno, using a pair of Etymotic or Shure isolating ear-plug style headphones (if you don't mind, or can get past, the feeling of having something in your ear canal) with something that supports .wav or FLAC can get you pretty decent sound quality in normal outdoor environments.

I borrowed a friend's set of Shure E3cs and used it with my Rio Karma and was impressed by the difference good headphones can make.

Any investigation that the cop might have started on the side of the road did not require, nor would have been furthered by, Mr. Hiibel's ID. The cop had a report that there was some kind of fighting going on in a truck who's description (i assume) matched Hiibels. He would have had reasonable suspicion that something had been going on and that a he had the right people but he did not have probable cause. And since (as far as we know) the witness did not name any names ("that looked like Hiibel in that truck"), asking for Hiibel's ID was unreasonable as the cop was not looking for a specific person by name.

If you watch the video, the cop made no attempt to even verify that a fight/crime had occurred before he demanded ID and arrested Hiibel. I think that's really the crux of the debate.

ok, once again.... the V1 was a missile propelled by a jet engine, not a rocket. A rocket carries it's own oxidizer with it. The V2 was a missile propelled by a rocket.
Definitionally, what differentiates a pulse-jet engine from a rocket? the only difference I can see offhandedly is that you can turn a pulse-jet off while a rocket (from my understanding) is a one shot, "hope you were sure you wanted to use this" afair. Neither has much in the way of moving parts and both work by igniting fuels in a chamber and channeling the exhaust to use as thrust... Is it the "burn" vs. "explode" bit?

If you say that, then i don't think you've worked much with the new line of desktop cases. They suck. We got a load of the GX150s in the ity-bity low-profile desktop cases at work. I dread having to open them. They don't even use a standard IDE cable, they have this freaky little flat ribbon that carrys both the IDE for the cd-rom and the floppy connection. It splits off just before it hits the motherboard and goes into the normal sockets. They use It just scream "hey user, don't touch me". The low profile cases also has only one molex connector, which is fine until you want to do a disk-to-disk clone to a second drive, then you've got to take both hard drives out and put them in a new machine. The HD's are difficult to get out without disconnecting the FDD and CD since the cables are so tight (which i understand is neccesary for a small tidy case, but it doesn't make it any easier). They can be a bitch to open and close also, you've got to hold your tongue juuust right. The mid-sized desktop cases are somewhat better, but they've got a "hydraulic" system on the hinges that irriates the heck out of me as it makes it take much longer than neccessary to open and shut the durn things. The mid-tower cases may be fine, but I haven't had a chance to work with those. I prefered the GX110 low-profile cases to the GX150 by a wide margin. Sorry, just needed to vent.
