    Unlike France, Germany, Denmark, The Netherlands, Ireland, Poland and Sweden, the USA does not qualify its definition of free speech...There is no laws against "hate speech", "denying the holocaust", "blasphemy", "promoting immoral activities", or "seditious speech".

    If you'd RTFA, you'd find out that the device is part of their "conditional discharge" (i.e. probation) (you'd also find an answer to your bankruptcy concern). Don't want to use the device because you feel it infringes too much on your personal liberties? Fine. Stay locked up.

    It's also possible that a number of people around you were vaccinated, which would have decreased your risk of exposure. Just a thought.

    I find it highly likely that Scalia would not overturn a state's law allowing gay marriage; he would consider that the state's prerogative.

    When it suits him, Scalia doesn't mind crapping on a state's prerogative at all. How it counts votes in a presidential election, for instance.

    Personally I think Christians (practicing their faith in "loving others") are the best kind of citizen one can have. They follow the just laws, they pay taxes and help their fellow men.

    And they used to own slaves, then moved on to lynching and segregating blacks...and used scripture to justify it. Talk about moral relativism...
