    I don't see room for discussion because you're talking out of both sides of your mouth. On the one side you state something is not an opinion, it's the law. On the other side you claim you are stating an opinion.     I think the real problem here is that the software is rendering text way too small. Tons of websites out there insist on ridiculously tiny font sizes like 8 point.

    Safari (in OS X, at least) has a preference in the Advanced tab that sets a lower limit on font sizes, regardless of what the website specifies. I have mine set to 10 and things are just fine.
