The Saturn V *was* the largest, most powefull rocket in the world. 1 of the three remaining vehicles was used to loft SkyLab into orbit, and the remaining 2 were used as outdoor display items: one at Johnsons Space Center in Houston and the other I believe is either at Huntsville or the Kennedy Space Center. The three were originally build for Apollo missions 18, 19 & 20 and were cancelled when America's interest in the Apollo program waned in the 70's.
The Saturn V hasn't been built in over 30 years. The costs today to build such a rocket would be (grin) "astronomical", and a budget item that Congress would kill before the first 5 words of the resolution would have been read from the podium.

This was *not* a conversion of a Honda to a Countach, but from a Pontiac Fiero.
Pontiac Fieros are probably the most popular KitCar/Replica donor because of the monocoque design of the car; the body skins are actually plastic panels that bolt-on to the monocoque.
There are dozens of KitCar/Replica conversions for Fieros, but bear in mind that to get your Fiero-based Countach looking as it should you need to stretch the car a bit - most Fiero-based Countach "replicars" just don't look right.
Are you meaning to tell me that you actually BELIEVE that OEMs would have had gone out of business if they hadn't bundled Windows instead of just having it on their shelves?

Note that if you have the lastest SP, this is a non-issue.
Now, if their descriptors have been reset to Local System and Administrator, wouldn't you need the following:
1. Physical Access to the machine
2. Admin Password
If the said owner of the box did their diligence and secured their system's OS, then #1 and #2 are also non-issues.

Re-check your system configuration, make sure that you have plenty of VM space assigned and that your HD is fast enough and that the rest of your system is well-balanced. A system with a 2.7gHZ CPU will feel "drag ass" if you have a 5GB HD and it's full of games and MP3's and if you have a 1x AGP video card and 128MB of RAM.

There is a big difference between "protesting" and "accosting".
Technically, if those RNC delegates who were accosted by "protestors" were just barely touched by one of the "protestors" then they should have filed charges against them on the grounds of aggravated assault and battery because of the "protestors" actions and state of mind.
I wonder what would have happened if the level of protests aimed at the RNC was aimed at the DNC?..Wait...that would never happen; Democrats are just a bunch of whiners, old-and-moldy hippies and slaves to the "Social State".
(removes tongue from cheek).
Seriously, though - why is it that the "left-wing liberals" are always the one protesting? I wonder what would happen if "right-wing conservatives" started protesting with the vitriol and anger that the "left" does?
I wonder if anyone is currently working on any kind of similar cooling system for high-end PCs/Workstations? I've seen a video of this cooling system on Cray's website, and the process doesn't look to be too difficult, with the exception of how to recover (if possible) any of the Fluroinert from the Processor Cooling cap. Since we're dealing with a state-change, I'm guessing that you'd need some sort of negative pressure inside the cap to draw-off any of the vaporized Fluroinert.
Also, how much heat would one be producing to raise the temperature of the Fluroinert to the evaporation point?
There is one person who resorted to immersing the entire PC in Fluroinert and then chilling the Fluroinert with Liquid Nitrogen, but this seems just too messy:
