Yep. I'll agree with you on that one. Very handy to write perl scripts to generate playlists and shuffle things around. Plus, the second of your wishes is easy too. I recently upgraded my 10GB jukebox to 60GB by going to my local computer shop, picking up a notebook drive and swapping it over. Very nice.
Although it was jarring seeing him in Fellowship of the Ring...Arr, run, Frodo, it's not Elrond, it's Agent Smith! He's going to take the Ring!!
You should try being Australian. It was just as jarring seeing him in the Matrix after Priscilla, Queen Of The Desert and various TV shows. Throw in other supporting characters from soap operas and it was rather unnerving. A bit like deja-vu...
I think the problem with this is the pesky ratio of 365.25 days to a year. While everything else (hours, minutes, weeks, months) are fairly arbitrary, you would have to keep this ratio if you wanted the seasons to stay at the same time of the year. If you don't then you are fine but it does defeat the purpose of having a year. You might as well go for milliseconds since the epoch...
relevantly, I remember that at one point the lyric is 'green-eyed lady, windswept lady', and
That's what search engines are for. Just plug "green-eyed lady, windswept lady" into Google and you get the lyrics to the song which informs you it is by Sugarloaf and on the CD, Have A Nice Decade: disc 1. You then plug this info back into a search engine or Gnutella and find the tracks. Sometimes, when I'm bored, I amuse myself with this method by trying to start a download of a song I hear on the radio, not knowing the title or artist, before it finishes. Ok, so it's not that exciting.
Yeah, same happened to mine (apparently to alot of others as well) but if you send an email to pilot, they will send you out a new tip free of charge and these ones seem to be made out of stronger stuff - hasn't broken yet.
If anything, the ending of The Sixth Sense actually *encourages* you to go see the movie again so that you can actually see what clues you missed and if the entire movie was accurate in leading to the end.
They did the same thing with Fight Club. It's just a big marketing ploy. Still enjoyed them both though
Schools standardize on windows to help students use what they'll one day use
They also use it because (at least in Australia) Microsoft gives them a folder of about 60 CDs full of all kinds of wonderful Microsoft products. It's good to assimilate them young.

Four digit palindromes must be worth even more :)
What about the portable C64, the SX-64. Detachable keyboard, builtin monitor. Now that was classy.

That's interesting. Here in the UK, the only ad I seem to get is the "OSDN introduces Geotargeting" one and it's been like that for a month or so.
I made a punch card reader out of Lego and attached it to my C64 but I imagine that's not quite what you meant.
Rob.
absolutely a site to behold
I think you'll find you might have to. Kindergarten is the correct spelling (children's garden from German).
Cheers,
Rob.

How about a port of XBill. Now there's an icon :)
Yeah I had Secret too for my last job. I was annoyed that I didn't get Top Secret though - it would have looked better on the resume.

Missed that one but I prefer 01:23:45 6/7/89 as it has the 0 in a more natural position.
