why would i care if at&t throttles my kids' youtube if they watch too much during the month on cellular? Same for myself, some of us have better things to do than stare into a phone all day long and "stream"
and they are wording it to exclude the few people who want to use their smartphone as their home internet or have some continuous download on it 24x7 cause they want to feel special at using a lot of data
IOS does something similar where you can download the last working version of the app for your IOS
why can't steam keep the old legacy servers for the old client and repoint everyone to new servers that will be updated along with client? disable purchasing on the legacy servers and just keep them for the old games
Google won't certify your android phone for OHA unless it has google search, apps, etc. go read about what happened when Verizon and others were shipping android with Bing search. Google came down pretty hard
how is it anti-competitive? Steam is free to release their own SteamPhone. Apple spent a lot of money on it's platform and no reason to let others profit from it for free.

people need to accept the fact that medicine is not perfect and doctors don't know everything and not sue anytime a diagnosis is wrong

In the 80's the private companies who ran the bus system were also integrated into the MTA

If someone calls a rural area T-Mobile pays the receiving carrier. A lot of these are a scam and charge extremely high rates.
Probably illegal not to route these calls, so T-Mobile found another way
