    Google Assistant will book a table, and call a self-driving cab to my home. Then my Roomba will board the taxi, go to the robotic restaurant, and orders a meal (probably mabe up of WD40, and other stuff that robots like to eat). And finally everything is billed on *my* credit card, sigh.... -

    This is a grid balancer.(it works better if said with Paul Hogan's accent).
    This dam plant by itself is about 1TW, and there are many plants like this scattered around Europe since many years. They work by pumping water upside when there is too much electricity production, and reversing the cycle when needed. Elon Musk has nothing to teach here.

    I used to pay them a visit when I was in the Bay for work, I had my hobby-related itinerary that touched WeirdStuff, Halted, HRO, and a few more places. They sold mostly junk, the few things worth of reuse were way too overpriced, given their obsolete and used conditions. I think I never bought anything there.
